Question about card games?

I was wondering how many people here play either, Magic the gathering, Yu-gi-oh, World of Warcraft, Pokemon, or something else.

I know a few people around here already and I have a channel set up for card games on IRC. However, I have been itching to find more people to play again in either Magic, Yu-gi-oh or WoW. betting transformation or just for fun.

So what do you play?

I use to play yu-gi-oh u_u but my cards are 2500 miles away, and my deck is out dated. I sort of quit when they made monster reborn, change of heart, harpies feather duster, and such, forbidden cards. That took the fun out of the game.

My deck was a relinquished deck though, with a side deck to trade in the 1000 eye restrict, or take out my two relinquished in times of dire situations *misses the good old days of going to A-1 Comics and participating in weekly tournaments and never getting past the 3rd round XD*

I used to play a little magic with a buddy, he'd bring his cards to some family parties.

I was also the man to beat at the weekly pokemon card get together and one of the top players at my local monthly tournament. Myself and the other best player would play for, an hour at a time when we went head to head at the tourney. The guys running it would suspend the time limit for our matches they were so epic. It was literally whoever made a mistake first would lose. I wonder what happened to him, he was a good guy.

Unfortuneately (or maybe fortuneately) my pokemon deck is dated by many years and rules changes.

I have Magic cards, but I don't entirely know how to play. Some people tried to teach me a few times, but it was always interrupted.

They're pretty old too... I got them back in sixth grade, when I was eleven. So soon that'll be ten years ago. ^^;

Magic, Yugioh, and pokemon. Magic cards are the least dated atm, since I was bored enough to use some of my b-day money a year ago for some cards. Yugioh? Pshh, I fail in that.

However, I do love my pokemon. XD I still remember that tournament I participated in a few years ago. And by few, I mean around 6 years ago.

just about every card game. I just need to learn it and I can win a few matches.

Well it's pretty much comes down to trust since you can't see your opponent deck in front of you, however None that I play with would consider cheating as that diminish the nature of the game.

Basically you play it with your real deck in front of you and base on the nature of the game, give a bit of a pause so that people can respond to something you do. It can be fun when we really RP it up as well as put transformation bets on the line.

Ahh--That makes sense then! I dinnae really know much of the workings of ze IRC, but that could be pretty fun. ^_^

Try mIRC. Though its author would like you to believe that the trial version has a time limit, it doesn't.

As long as I'm posting here, I might as well add that I play -- or at least have a rough idea of the rules of -- Pokemon. Unfortunely, ninety percent of my collection came from starter decks I bought around 1998, so my decks basically suck.

Ues to have a awsome yu-gi-oh deck. Till I just chouldn't keep up with the new cards they were pumping out every week it seemed.

I play Yugioh...Its a mix deck and it sorta sucks
