Well its what it says.I have been thinking about a naruto rp for sometime now.Basic knownage of Naruto is needed,like What nations and what chakra is.

Name:Kai Momochi.

Appearence:black sweater and black jeans. On the hood of the sweater is the mist village headband. On the wrists are the sand and leaf village bands. On the end of the jeans by the feet are the snow country and the rock village. under all that is Chakra armor.
Personality:Cold to those he doesn't care about but he protects those he does.
Pareants:Zabuza son and an unnamed Woman.
Kekkei Genaki(inherated from his mother):makeing the proper hand signs Kai can pull 2 swords from his right palm. he can have up to 8 swords out at one time. The swords can bombime into something that resembels the Demon wind shurkin but with 8 blades. The blades look like Ichigo from Bleach's sword after it transforms. When Kai's blood hits the blade it turns into the Gilotine. When his oppnents blood hits the blade it turns into the blade Sephroth uses in FFVII. There is a secret mode that happends when both Kai's and his oppnents blood his it. When spun the air current around the blades is multiplied to the strength greater then Trunade's and the wind destroy's everything in it's path.
Powers:Despite his Genin rank Kai is at least Jonin lvl in Fire and Water based ninjistu and Taijistu. At least Chunin lvl in all other elements. He is below Genin lvl in Genjistu. Kai's favorite Jistu is the Chakra trnasfer. He take the oppnent's chakra and puts it into his own body for his use.

History:When he was 60,he created a special Jutsu to make him younger but well it transformed him into a teenaged girl.By teaching this Jutsu to his many friends,he created the villige

Bio: Rika's Mother is the daughter of the kyuubi. She every really agreed on Kyuubi's view of the world and left their den and took on a human form and hide in Konoha which is why kyuubi had attacked it. Years later Kimiko found love with a human named Koji and gave birth to Rika who since only Kyuubi's blood line can become the kyuubi and there was none now the mark was on the back of Rika's right shoulder. Kimiko then sealed her child's power to only be broken when her life was in danger. When Rika was 8 her father was killed by a missing nin while on a mission. Kimiko who was working at the hospital as a medical nin was left the only one to rise Rika but never told Rika of her hidden power and has to this day raised Rika as a normal human.
Kekkei Genaki(inherited from her mother when unsealed): Changes into a fox girl with increased agility. As more tails grow gains access to other elemental ninjitsu.
Powers: knows basic Fire jitsu and basic types of genjitsu, jujitsu, and taijitsu, also has access to fox abilities once unsealed.

Name:Feng

rank:Chunin hailing from the Village Hidden in the Sand

Appearence: Although he wears the standard Chunin uniform he keeps his face hidden beneathe a straw hat.

Personality: While not the strongest ninja from his village Feng doesn't seem to let that bother him much. He has a good sene of humor and is known to spit out wierd comments from time to time.

Skills: Feng is skilled in the Kunai and oversized Shuriken. Although he has no special powers as of yet his accuracy is second to none in his village.

History: Feng is your typical Chunin from the Land of Wind. While he successfully managed to survive his tests and graduate to Chunin status he has a long way to go before he's ready to become a Jonin.

Description – Ankoku usually wears dark clothes. He wears black sorts, a black t-shirt, and black sandals. His hair is spiky and pretty short. His headband is on his forehead. When female, he wears basically the same thing, unless forced to wear something else. When female, he moves his headband to tie his hair back.

Weapons – Basic

Biography – Ankoku was born into a small clan who worshipped the moon. They believed the moon could grant great power. At the age of ten, his parents had a ritual performed on him that was supposed to give him the blessings of the moon. However, things did not go as expected. A moon goddess gave him her blessing, and due to this, every night he is transformed into a girl. His time at the ninja academy was nothing spectacular. He was often paranoid about someone discovering his secret. He often avoided the other students because of this, so was often avoided in turn.

The blessing- The blessing works in 12 hour intervals. From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., he is male. And at 6 p.m., he transforms until 6 a.m. It has also made him stronger, which he sees as one of the only good points of this blessing. It also allows him better chakra control.

General Abilities – He was able to learn the academy jutsus quite easily, due to a slightly higher iq. He tends to use taijutsu over all of the other types.
