Ahh weekends, always so busy and such, I have another concept, it's closer to the original than I figured it would be! ( I say this because I drew this at a resturant.) its not finished because...well I'm trying to get as many ideas as I can out. (also, if it's similar, I figured the boots would be close too.)

I'm not feeling it 100% still...but, I do know that the hair is almost where I want it, (Close to the original Mina I created 4 years ago) and that a cape OR cloak of some kind is needed. Even though capes just get you in a jet turbine, but, those kinds of things aren't around in her time frame so she should count herself lucky.
