Kougetsu's Kick @$$ Tea Recipe
1 teaspoon ginko biloba leaf - To wake up your mind
1 teaspoon guarana powder - for 4-6 hours of energy with no let down
1/16-1/8 teaspoon of kola nut*
1 teaspoon of your favorite tea flavor or a teabag of it, your choice
Steep for 10 minutes, then stir in your sweetening. I prefer 1-2 tablespoons of raw honey - for the health of your skin
*WARNING! Kola nut increases the effect certain substances have on your body, including alcohol and analgesics (pain relievers), so don't play with it! You can leave out this ingredient and have a nice tea if you are taking either or just don't want to toy with it
