Mike was sweating now...he had rolled more 1's than he had...ever...not one 20. Now...Mike wasn't a very superstitious person and he didn't frivolously place his destiny in the hand of fate very often...but the way the dice were rolling right now...you could only hope that God was a merciful person in the wake of such poor luck. "Maybe its like 1 is number one...right...I'm the best." he was getting a little frantic as the scanning continued. When was this going to end?

He kept rolling...1, 5, 13, 1, 12, 1, 1, 18, 2, 1...

Ming looks at Raven with a scared look in her eyes. "Oh crap. I blurted something I should not have. Just forget it, ok. I'll make sure that you see me again." Ming and Raven walkd up to the big open steel doors of Room 6
"See you soon Raven. Just wait in that line and you will be where you need to be soon enough."

Finding herself once more at the room, Raven paused for a moment thinking silently, and then shrugged, deciding to wait in line....There were explanations that she was almost interested in hearing coming soon, with any luck...

"Hello...." Jeanette tried to give the newcomer a reassuring smile, but it faltered halfway. The obvious nervousness resonated in herself, after all. "What's your name?..." She adjusted the settings on the scanner in preparation for the job. And hoped that a second scan wasn't needed.... The last thing she needed was Audrey yodeling to the boss how she was inept with the device. Some sort of ramification would no doubt be involved, after that. And Jeanette really didn't want to be in that position.
