They were talking about this on the radio, so I figured that it wouldn't hurt to ask you peoples. I'm still thinking about it, naturally. ;p

If I sold my soul, it would most likely be for the purpose of saving the soul of another that was 'before their time' to go.

Something along those lines or something.

Though, I guess what you may mean by selling my soul for whatever reason. If it means damnation upon death or something along those lines of the above. Otherwise, if it means instant death, I'd be willing to sell my soul for grander things like purging a disease from the world, or granting the intuition to cure diseases to doctors/scientists.

I think we need to properly define selling ones soul.. I mean is accepting a religion selling ones soul? After all it follows similar tenants.. you offer it up to a being of increadible power with promise of reward.

Nikkou: In zee radio program, what was the definition of "selling your soul"? If they weren't specific (cause we get nitpicky ) what definition of the term are you using? :O

Isn't it obvious? Your soul is obviously worth something, and the amount depends on what a person thinks it's worth or what they would hope it to be worth. Either you lose your soul and die or you give it to something else and end up having your destiny determined by them after life. Why must you silly people try and complicate things?

Well depends on what happends to the soul after I sold it. Will it be reused? recycled? destroyed? Left in tho corner waiting for the end of time?
A soul is worth infinite universes (if it's exists) so the only way to make profit is to sell your souls for two others XD

And 'obviously', the context of selling something can alter the price of an object. It's basic economics. :O
