Anyway, the C&C Corner is primarily for the site, so there's a place for stuff beyond the "comfort" of the community. I can't really say that I can detail my reasoning beyond that, but I figure that there wouldn't be any harm, and that it can just be tossed away if it doesn't work out.

It's a good idea, works better than sticking a waiver everywhere. Just be sure to watch it closely, people still have rather fragile egos even if they think they want criticism. It's only human.

Speaking of waivers, I wonder if it was just a coincidence that I finally got around to setting it up a half of a day before you posted your waiver. You took care of the forum community while I got the site. Although I wonder how it can be done to make your waiver more forum-wide in one place rather than needing to have one in all three rooms.
