Lance's hair begins to grow longer and turn pink. His face becomes girly and his chest grows slighty to a c-cups. She waist gets thinner and her manhood inverts. She clothes transform into a blue corset and a pink miniskirt with blue bra and panties underneath. She is now Lana a completely female girl with a feminine mind.

She is now Delilah.
