"Uh...." She blinked at the guy. This was a definitely transparent attempt at a pick-up. But... well... it wasn't obnoxious- more silly than anything else, really- so no harm in being at least nice, was there? He might be okay, even just to talk to.... "Um... thanks.... And I'm Guen. You?" She offered a hand to shake.

"Me? Well, currently I work as proofreader for a law firm. Not exciting, but it pays the bills. I really would like to go back to school for fashion design, though. I'm sure that sounds like a total one-eighty, but well, sometimes you just discover things, you know?" A small shrug. She forebore to comment on the drunk thing. After all, it wasn't like she hadn't had inebriated friends enough times....

She smiled at the bartender. "Thank you." Took a sip. "This is very good. Thanks to you, too, of course," she added to her the fellow kind enough to buy it. He seemed harmless enough.... Though she wasn't going to do anything more than chat, just for now.
