Strange Happenings in Pokemon World

[Sasha]

Ryu notices Eli getting off a ship and recognizes him from the contests and walks over to him. " You here on vacation also or here to compete?"

[Shadowmaster]

Eli looks at Ryu. "I actually came here to see if I could get any new pokemon for contests. Unfortunately, that hasn't been going too well." he says.

[AshK]

*Shawn talks to Lucus.*

Shawn: If you're looking to take the Kanto Gym Leader Challenge, you can't start here. The first Gym all trainers encounter is Brock Harrison in Pewter City. Then they go to Misty Williams in Cerulean City. Then it's Lt. Surge the Vermilion Gym Leader.

Steven: If you want to take the Kanto Gym Challenge why don't you battle one of us for a warm up. My cousin and I have conquered all the leagues and even competed in quite a few contests. I am a year younger than he is.

[Sasha]

He nods. " Ya i left mine at home and took a vacation after my last cup win. I don't wanna get to worked up. My mom is taking care of them till i can get back home."

[Zoey]

*Shawn talks to Lucus.*

"Heh, all the leagues eh? You guys must be pretty good trainers."

((Actually there is no specific order you need to do them in... and it was actually implied that there were more than eight gyms in every region... you just need a minimum of eight badges to take the League Challenge.))

"I am Lucus... and this is my pal Rio."

Rio bows to Jet, Shawn, and Steven.

"As for if I have any others... well... I havent caught any others yet. I just started my adventure. But you guys... jeez... you have done alot."

"I dont care if I can beat the Vermillion leader or not... we are still going to try, right Rio?"

Rio nods determidly.

"But if you guys want to battle us first... I am sure we can go a few rounds with one of you to warm up."

[Nikki]

"If there's gonna be a battle we need someone to judge or two people" Kendall says. He then points to Ryu. "How about you?"

[AshK]

"So which one of us do you want to battle?" Shawn asked.

"How about we do a Tag Battle. My Cousin and Me against you and the guy that just got between us." *Turns to Jet.* "By the way what is your name and would you be interested in a Tag Battle Two on Two?" Steven said then asked.

[Sasha]

he nods. " i guess i can."

[Nikki]

(No tag battles aren't allowed in Kanto. I'm setting up the people who will be captured by gathering all in the same general area)

[Azathoth]

"Well... I guess I could tag... if he dosent mind..."

"I mean... we are not weak... but there are just the two of us."

((note that since Lucus trained his Lucario on Iron Island, and that he could focus on one pokemon... its pretty strong. ^_^))

((And tag is allowed where Lucus comes from... so he wouldnt know better. =P))

[Zoey]

"The names, Jet Iriosaki and you just got a battle." said Jet as he took out a pokeball from his belt.

[Sam]

(I just checked and realized this already started! AHHH)

Torn awakens on the boat everyone else was on. His machoke did not have a pokeball and was sleeping right next to him when they both awoke

Lucus turns to Jet. "You sure? Do you know anything about Lucario? They are kinda rare in my region... are any of them around here?"

[AshK]

*Shawn takes a Pokeball from his belt.*

"Charizard I choose you!" Shawn said.

"Go for it Typhlosion!" Steven said.
