[Mistress Guendolen]

"I... think you're right. Do you prefer live action or animation? I have both."

[David]

Jack's ears tilt to the side as he thinks. I think it'd be best to go with animation, they tend to be more light hearted after all.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"All right! I've got lots of that. Got any favorites? I have both an assortment of Disney movies and a whole bunch of anime. All the films of that are Miyazaki. Got a preference?"

[David]

Well, it's your apartment, I'll let you choose, m'lady. Jack grins at Guen.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Aw, no pressure, huh? I want to pick something you'll like, too...." She couldn't help but grin back. "How about a Miyazaki?"

[David]

Jack nods agreeably. Nothing wrong with his movies at all. Go ahead an pop one on.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Okay. How about 'Spirited Away?' That's one of my favorites." She turned on the tv and dvd player. "Speak now if you want another one, or it's going in!"

[David]

Spirited Away, huh? Well you'll get no argument from me on that one, I love that film. Jack purrs and nuzzles Guen on the cheek affectionately as if saying "Good choice!".

[Mistress Guendolen]

The nuzzle made her giggle, with a slight rumble of purr underlying beneath the sound. "You're cute, you know that?" She slightly pecked his cheek. "Now c'mon. Since we both love this movie, let's watch it.... You want popcorn or anything?"

[David]

Jack blushes as he hugs Guen with yet more purring. I think all I need is you.

[Mistress Guendolen]

Ever seen the classic shot of a heart monitor flatlining? That's sort of what happened here. Her brain just sort of... shut down for a moment, as her face flooded crimson. It took a moment to find her voice. "Wha- wow- oh- uh- ah- oh my goodness!" She was obviously flabbergasted, but even more flattered. To the point of not being able to think or speak straight.

[David]

Jack responds with more purring and a nuzzle, probably making Guendolen feel even more speechless. I hope that's not a problem is it? I'd really like to watch this film with you.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"No- no problem- no-" Staccato phrases were pretty much all she was capable of, right now. Still, there was a certain deep-seated instinct to nuzzle and cuddle back.... So why not give in to it? "Yes- watch- movie-"

[David]

Jack blinks and moves back a little as his obliviousness once again, returns. Hey, you OK?

[Mistress Guendolen]

She shook her head, ears flapping. Equilibrium was returning. "Just fine. My brain just got out of whack for a sec, that's all. All good now, trust me!" Then she impulsively reached up to give him a quick kiss on the cheek.
