Heh, then consider it done since you summoned me. One of my children is a member of the dragon pantheon and the other seven are busy guarding an anceint relic I used to defend myself. I'm not a dragon but they are hehehe.

Not much to say. I'm an advanced demon summoner who has given up on the simple demons and am looking for the more.. advanced ones. This is why I use blood magic.

My greatest teacher advised I come to this realm of doors, and here I am. It appears her faith in this place was not misplaced.

That was good advice. Hub/unstable/door/gateway realms such as these are ideal for contacting powers to summon and even simply gaining more power through encountering new ideas and concepts.

So, this world.. know of any, shall we say.. objects or places of power I should be aware of? My teacher gave me instruction that I should be aware of them as soon as possible. And if needed, find and use them.

There are not many in this world really. I guess you have already heard of the tomapple and that is about it for objects of power. Most everyone here has some item or tool for turning others into something else.

As for locations we only have the Brotherhood headquarters, MASA, and my magic school so far as I know. Brotherhood headquarters is your standard evil villians strong hold only currently its under the control of a bubblehead so I doubt its fulfilling that role. MASA is an organization ran by plushy mages inspired by Final Fantasy. They build space ships and such and possess the Mage Star which is basically a Death Star with a giant mage hat on it. Finally there is my school of magic where I train people in magic and various other skills they may need to know. There are a few other locations in the local area but they don't do much more than sale objects or simply serve as people's homes.

Hm. Noted.

Rather vexing if all the known local items have been found and claimed. Suppose a dig might be necessary.

You mentioned a dragon pantheon.. Anything more to talk about there?

[Raleigh]

That isn't a local thing, its a mutliversal concept. Its the collection of all the various dragon gods of either the millions of religions that the dragons themselves recognize as being actual gods for themselves. There is a draconic religion after all even if it is largely unknown. My son is also known as Ladon from a mythology you might have heard of though he doesn't play a deity in it. The dragon of a hundred heads but I will admit he doesn't hold the highest position in the pantheon but he is about mid-level. We don't get along very well but that has to do with me not approving of his vocational choice.

Contacting them is possible and even might net you new magics or knowledge you have not yet but don't expect them to be friendly as long as I am here. They don't like me for some reason even if most not deified dragons get along with me as well as if I was at least another dragon.

There are other pantheons out there as well as various pandemoniums too. *Grin.* Once we are done here I could perhaps escort you on a tour through out some hot spots in the multiverse and let you met some interesting people and things.

Hm. Definitely sounds like a plan. My teacher informed me of pandemoniums as a good location to gain.. contracted work. I'll keep the pantheon in mind as well, one of the lessons of my training was to respect dragons highly. use of a dragon skull design was purely out of intimidation purposes.

And you're a dragon? Sometimes at least?

I'm anything the situation requires but dragon is far closer to what I truly am than this human appearance I have at the moment. Admittedly that is only in my case and not the general rule for my kind. My 'brother' would have such a comparison with pheonixes for instance. I will leave it to you to find out entirely what I am but I can tell you there are some who can help you figure it out. Amongst the locals there is a Metroidvania and a Comartemis that both know more about what I am than the others. Of course, you could just make me tell you I suppose.

I figure I'll work it out on my own. But if i see those two, and the conversation calls for it, maybe I will find out.

Think you will be needing any defenses or anything like that to this place? Perhaps a soul forge or something?
