Dave: Wait a sec, gotta test something. *he takes a small bite of his cone* Yep, you do taste better than ice cream. Come here, you. *he takes her by the waist with his free arm and pulls her in tight* I want seconds. *he kisses her back*

Soda Jerk: Great. Everyone who comes here makes out except for me.
Another Soda Jerk in the back: And me!

Sam: All the more reason to treat you right. Would you like a seat? *he motions to some chairs*
Millie: Sure.
Sam:*pulls up a chair for Millie to sit in, which she does. he looks over to the others* I know you and your friend are cats, but I'd say those two look more like rabbits than anything else.
Millie:*giggles* She's my sister, and yeah, she can be pretty affectionate.

[AshK]

"You are so great to me, but shouldn't we like eat our Ice Cream Cones before they melt, then I will Kiss you passionately all you want." Ashley says as she stops kissing Dave and eats the Ice Cream cone before it melts all over her clothes.

[David]

Jack lay still for about an hour or so, feeling Guen move closer to him before opening his eyes.
With any luck he'd be able to go do what he needed to do and slip right back in bed without causing her any worry.
Slowly but surely, Jack starts to move out of the bed and gets to his feet, looking back at Guen to see if she is still asleep.

[Mistress Guendolen]

Luckily for him, Guen was a heavy sleeper. She just sort of wiggled further along in the bed, making a little noise in her sleep as she cuddled more securely into the pillow. Not too much rolling or flopping yet. But it might come later....

[David]

Jack gave a quick yet, quiet, sigh of relief.
Oh well, let's just get this over and done with.

He creeped along the bed, comically perking his tail up in the air as he does so but he doesn't seem to realise he is doing it. As he reaches the bedroom door and carefully turns the handle to open it, he takes another peek at Guen, just in case.

[Mistress Guendolen]

Another sleepy little noise. She rolled over a bit more, face borrowing into the pillow. Some incoherent mumbling. Other than that, nothing. She's out cold.... A typical state for her, when sleeping.

[David]

Jack nods and slips quietly through the door, letting it rest on the latch so it wouldn't noisily shut itself.

Creeping along the now darkened hallway, he carefully navigates his way back to the living room where he left his bag of junk.
As he kneels down to root through the contents of the bag, he ponders over the past few hours he just spent with Guen. Damn it was good to be with her and hopefully he cou- Ah! Here it is.
He pulls out an odd looking hourglass, the case itself looks like it's encased in bone while the sand inside is as black as the night outside.
Speaking of the sand, Jack notices that the bottom half is almost full and that the top half only has a sliver of sand left, sand which is quickly dropping into the bottom half.

Oh bugger...

[Mistress Guendolen]

She flopped over, arm flinging across a place that should, this night, be occupied by another individual. But while it was still warm, it was also most definitely empty....
This was what made her come away. "Huh? What? David, where- where are you?" Her stomach was filled with a knot of cold worry. He hadn't left, had he?...

[David]

Jack stands up with a sigh in the living room, letting the hourglass drop to the floor where the sand continues to fall downwards, despite it's position.
Jack meanwhile, seems to be looking at the window in anticipation of something.

And here's me thinking I had another week.

[Mistress Guendolen]

Was he talking to himself? She thought she'd heard something.... She slid out of bed, creeping into the living room. "What's wrong? Couldn't you sleep? I... I wasn't flopping around too much, was I?" she asked worriedly.

[David]

Jack is broken out of his trance upon hearing Guen's voice whom he quickly turns to.

Uh... No, no. I was just getting a glass of water, I'll er... Be back soon.

Something is definitely up, Jack looks a little upset by something and though he doesn't hear it in his panicky state, a soft sound of footsteps can be heard coming from the window. They seem to be distant at first but they are quickly getting louder.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"You seem upset. If you need to talk about something, you can...." She followed him into the kitchen, lightly resting her hands on his shoulders. "I don't mind. Really, I don't." Her forehead rested on the back of his neck.

[David]

Jack remains stiff as one of his ears perks up and swivels in the direction of the footsteps coming from the window, they're definitely much louder now and there is no doubt that they are not part of his imagination anymore.

Guen... If I told you I was a dead man, would you believe me?

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Um... is there any... reason why you ask that?..." she said slowly. A nervous tension filled the room. "Because... you've felt awfully alive to me...." Unless he meant it in the proverbial sense. "Have you... done... something?..." There were sounds outside. Someone walking around. She tried to peer out the window.

[David]

Oddly, it seems as if the footsteps are orginated by the window and as soon as it sounds like someone is in the room, the sound of footsteps immediately halts.
Jack meanwhile shakes his head.

Well, nothing like that. I think the best thing to say at the moment is that I was on holiday here for a month.
