I have all the Dratini forms back home in New Bark and none of them can hover like that except for Dragonite, of course Dragonite has wings. OOC: They're my characters. Keep in mind they have traveled through all of the regions and won a lot of Gym Battles and League Competitions. They have also competed in and won a lot of Grand Festivals. They're Bound to have a lot of Pokemon. Sadie is 19 and Silvia is 18 they have been traveling for a while. BTW, Dratini's can't hover.
