I guess I can understand. I rarely register with anything. And yet I still get spam just because I have an E-mail address, and also because of the name of it. My Nikkou account gets at least half of its spam in the Japanese language. ^_^;

I think you may have to register at the moment but I havn't ever got any spam from it. There is loads of manga on offer here so take a look.
