Milk is good for you. It builds strong bones, etc., so on and so forth.
And above all else, couldn't an alchemist like you use the calcium in the milk, along with other minerals, to add more length to your bone structure? I mean, you'd have to mess with the positioning of your internal organs, but I suppose it wouldn't be impossible, right?

By the bye, with all of the growth hormones that can be found in milk-related products these days, I wouldn't be surprised if that cupcake increased your height by a few inches.
