Well Sam and Max isn't really that well known a game/comic/show. Yes you'd think it would be, but it's most likely a much lower number.

The thing that shocks me is we haven't been bombarded by Final Fantasy XII TG artwork. I tought for certain we'd be seeing some female Vaans by now. I think I've seen maybe one female Balthier and that's it.

(I think I made that comment before and was told "Well Vaan looks like a girl anyway" which is a stupid statement as I don't see Vaan as 'feminine' at ALL, but whatever.)

*sighs* No he's not. Sorry for the tone I took about it being a stupid statement, but I'm tired of hearing that.

I 'have' heard a lot of: "I thought Vaan was a girl at first" and it annoys me. I knew Vaan was a guy the second I saw him. Either I have a really good eye at figuring out what gender people are, or there are a lot of people who just can't tell the difference between a man and a women. (About the only time I thought someone was a girl and was wrong that I can recall was in the Anime H20. But come ON who saw that comming!?)

Even if Vaan DOES look as feminine as everyone says, you'd think someone would draw him as a girl because of it.

(And before anyone asks, why I don't do it. I can't draw, and it's not like I'm pissed no one has done it yet, I'm just surpised that no one has yet.)

I'm not much of an artist either, so I cannae really remedy th'lack of art myself, but maybe it's due t'the fact that Vaan didn't really have all that much...presence, in the story?
Maybe it's just me, but when I was playing it, I forgot that he was there half the time. Of course, that still doesn't explain the lack of TG art for th'other characters...

There isn't much FF12 TG art at all yet. I've seen like... one semi-decent Basch one and I think there was a crappy Balthier one.

Guess the lack of characterization in FFXII made them pretty forgettable to most players. A shame really. I wonder if the DS game has more character progression? Wish I had the money to buy it.

Aye...I played the game only last year, and I had a hard time recalling all the ones in the main party...^__^;;. I haven't played the DS game either, (no DS T__T), but I dinnae expect that there'd suddenly be a huge boost o' character development in it.
