Let me rephrase that. Uh... Y'know, "life's a journey, not a destination"? Er...

Crap... You're not supposed to call me on this stuff! :P

Mwa-ha-ha! :D

Nah, I know what you meant. I think. I prefer following my intuition myself. Just sort of go with the flow of things. What you should say is, "life's a river, not the sea." Because the river guides, and the sea requires navigation.

Well given that i was refering to what Mendokousee had written just above i can't really see how what i wrote could be a misunderstanding of your original idea, Nikkou.

In any case i have chosen not to vote as none of the options really represent my view on the matter, since i believe that knowledge and understanding cannot be separated and that our decissions are ultimately based on what we know and how we interpret said knowledge. In short they are a big tangled mess and none of the three makes any sense taken outside the context of the other two.

It makes plenty of sense.

For example, one way of using knowledge by itself is through trivia. A lot of people may think that Ken Jennings is intelligent, because he won at Jeopardy seventy-four consecutive times.

The same can be said of understanding something and the decisions we make. That's what the poll is about. I think I made it simple enough to... understand? :P
