This is just to distract Nikkou even more, if that's even possible.

See, there's this game I came across not long ago known as Grand Chase. It's a very unique MMO because battles are real-time and button-operated. No more turn-taking, and quick players can get through a dungeon without a scratch.

How it works:
After you first play, you have 3 characters to choose from (all female): Elesis, a warrior with red hair and a fiery attitude; Lire, an elf with blond hair, a bow, and a pleasant disposition; Arme, a purple-haired mage, and the closest thing to a ditz on GC. Each has their own way of doing things (naturally): Elesis is the only one who can dash continuously and attack forward during one; Lire sidesteps and fires an arrow behind her and is the only one who can double-jump; Arme tosses a fireball behind her after a quick "teleport" of sorts. Put in easy-to-remember terms:

Elesis=Melee
Lire=Short-range
Arme=Long-range/healing

All characters (except Arme) have 4 methods of attack: Normal, semi-powered desperation attacks, powered multi-enemy strikes, and super-powered finishing moves. Arme actually has 6, and can switch back and forth between "black magic" and "white magic". All except normal use "MP" which is gained by attacking enemies. If you have full MP, you can use the finishing move, but you'll have to get it all back. Semi-powered attacks use 1 MP and so-on. Arme, if stationary, can slowly recharge her MP full unless she's interrupted either by moving, attacking, or taking a hit.

There's also a fourth character you can unlock, but I haven't done that yet because it's harder than hell, but here's what I know: He's a blue-haired boy by the name of Ronan and a spell-warrior. I don't think he has the magical prowess of Arme, but from what I've seen, he's still pretty strong.

All have "2nd Jobs" that can be unlocked to make them more powerful: Elesis gets a spear instead of a sword, Lire gets to dual-wield pistol-like crossbows, and Arme can launch bombs from a pot. Ronan's 2nd Job is yet to be released. I've heard rumors about more characters joining the fray, but nothing really solid.

Alledgedly, there are also pets, but I don't know how to get them.

It's got a fairly straightforward battle system, hit the attack button and you'll attack, hold it down to charge MP and unleash a powered attack.

It's 3D, but side-scrolling, facing several enemies at one time on platforms, opening a door into the next room to either face more enemies or simply get to the door without falling to your death.

Ok this game is awsome. I love how it all works out, and I love side scrolling battle action. This is they type of online games I've been WAITING for.

My character name is GarathXion all together since the game seems to hate spaces.

Gotta get up to level 15 so I can attempt to unlock Ronan. He looks awsome to play.

Is it just me, or is every Korean MMO's web site based on the exact same template? Seriously, this site is almost identical to FlyFF's except for the color and game being promoted. Both sites even have similarly mistranslated text. Of course, Korean MMOs themselves have a tendency to be similar...

Anyway, I have some misgivings about this, given my previous experiences with the genre (hint: it's what gears do and a skateboarding move) but I'm going to give this game a try. If anyone ever wants to play, my username will be Kyunji, assuming I can download the 500 megabyte installer without my computer crashing.
