Sorry it's too hard for me to decide. I can't take one over the other. I like them both. Spider Man because of his Powers, and Batman because of all his technology that he uses. I can't go with either one sorry.

He's supernatural, while Superman mostly deals with physical attacks. Thor hits him with a magic bolt of lightning and bam. Plus Thor can take almost as much if not more than Superman can dish.

As for Hulk vs. Superman, both are pretty much invincible. It'd probably come down to who tires out first.

Well, Superman beat the Hulk once in an issue of Marvel vs. DC... Bats beat Captain America in that same series, and somehow, STORM beat WONDER WOMAN. Cap and Bats was a great fight though, Batman barely won. Spidey took on Superboy, but it wasn't Peter Parker.
