Outside Aiko's abode, a girl in a thin black robe approached the door. The way she staggered made it look like she was in pain or highly fatigued. Despite this, no-one could sense her presence other than those who could see her, not even Aiko knew she was there she gave off so little sign of herself.
"Stop" said a hybrid standing guard outside, "You cannot enter here without permission. I'm sorry, but you will have to make an appointment."
"This can't wait" said the girl, despite the warning she still pushed forwards "Let me through."
The guards held her back. "If you do not leave now, we shall be forced to make you leave."
The girl took a step back as she doubled over, clutching her stomach.
"Umm, miss?" asked one of the guards, "Are you alright?"
The girl did not speak but looked up as a her eyes gained a dark red tint. The back of her robe rippled as some thing started to emerge out of it. Her expression slowly changed from one of pain to one of hate. Suddenly, a swarm of jet black tendrils erupted from behind her (think Andariel's wings from Diablo, only black), wrapping themselves around the two guard and squeezing them, crushing them as she smiled cruelly, however deep inside her eyes, beneath the cruelty, a struggle was happening, and the side that was in control now was slowly being pushed back. The internal battle was won when her face froze in horror and the tendrils withdrew. Something moved in the girl's stomach but she managed to force it back inside as the terrified guards made to run.
"I'm sorry" the girl whispered, just loud enough for the guards to hear. "I'm so sorry. Please, leave before it comes back, before it kills you."
The guards ran as the girl staggered forwards and the doors opened as Tina walked into Aiko's abode, weak and failing.
The girl who had knocked on the door was Kelly, a bulbasaur hybrid. It was on her note that the damaged clothes Oliver had been wearing were removed, for her own safety. Before her change, Kelly had been a boy named Kevin. The clothing he had been wearing at the time were not particularly loose anyway and after certain growths they were stretched to their limits, however, one her bulb began to form, it pressed against the ungiving material before it had developed it's strength, the bulb itself was still yet to fully recover.
She had stood aside when the large number of people left the room and smiled, the girl who had arrived the previous night seemed to have someone who could help her, not like her, she couldn't find anyone to help her. She stroked one of the bent buds on her back and walked away to get some breakfast and get those who were now fit to get back home, heading that way.
The gem in Casey's hand took him by surprise. Looking into it he could see the face of the girl who visited the town on occasion.
"You're Lady Absol's friend arn't you?" asked Casey, "What? Are you going to stab me with a needle too?"
