The Return- rp (on hold)

[Gee-chan]

Cronus tried to cut off the beast, but try as she might, she did not have the strength to forcefully banish such a beast when is resisted her. By now, it's own power was more than enough to keep it manifest, she was powerless to do anything about it.

"I see I may have some work to do" came a voice from nearby. Standing on her own, a familiar round stone in her hand was Sailor Pluto. "You are far to reckless, youngling. You have no chance of controlling greater demon such as that, but then again, you were only calling up an ancient pact from long before your knowledge."

"Pluto!?" gasped Cronus, "What are you doing here?"

"Helping you out apparently." replied the Sailor Scout, "I only turned up to lend you the orb after I learned of this attack, but it looks like you have more problems that that. Take your dragon, I know all to well that my power is nothing when used on it. Demons however, I can deal with."

She held the orb above her head as crimson light spilled out of it, encasing the demon. Bathed in the glow, the beast stopped, completely and crumpled to the ground. However, Cronus almost did the same. Her whole body went stiff as she was paralyzed from the neck down.

"This is your summon" said Pluto, "I do not have the authority to banish it, but I have done what I can. It have sealed it's mind and soul in the limbo of the gate. It shall remain dormant until I release it. However, to keep the balance, I had to do the same to your body. When I release the demon, you shall be able to move once more. Wait until your strength comes back. You will need it to deal with this abomination."

"The drain on her gone, and the desperate struggle to endure over, Cronus pretty much fell asleep on her feet. Had she not been held in place, she would have gone straight down onto the ground.

As she felt a hateful glare fall on her, Pluto looked up to see that it belonged to Darkstar. She spoke as she turned to escape to a safe distance from which to maintain her seal.

"We may have to talk later" said Pluto, "however, for now you have far more pressing matters"

[Sasha]

Darkstar nods. " Look after her i warned her not to do it but she didn't listen so don't blame it on me." She jumps up into the air. " Eat this dragon Seper Nova." She fires a magical blast right into the dragon makign it roar loudly in pain.

[Kris_Roth]

Sailor Aloena heads over to attempt to heal up Sailor Cronus. "Great job, Sailor DarkStar! I think we got this dragon down!" She attempts to check on Sailor Cronus, as the other scouts are about to finish off the creature..."You think the two girls are somehow inside that thing? That dragon is essentially Rika and that miko girl combined..."

[Kumi-chan]

Livetha looks over checking on Cronus she turns back forming a wall of icy spikes behind her and raises her hand at the creature the spikes launching at it.

[Tala]

Kai is still attacking wildly. "WHY WON'T YOU DIE!?"

[Sasha]

It roars loudly and falls to the ground not moving." Aloena now." Darkstar calls out.

[AshK]

"Go for it Aloena! I know you can do it!" Cyclondia says as she stows her Mace.

"Good work Princess! Now Aloena!" Darkfire says as she bows and stows her weapon as well.

[Kris_Roth]

Sailor Aloena nods..."Sailor Livetha, stay with Sailor Cronus. I have a job to do." She heads over to the fallen Dragon..."Ritual of Healing! Orb Healing Restoration!" Her Healing orb flies out of her hands and over the fallen dragon to purify and heal the Miko and Rika, the two components of the dragon the new Scouts defeated.

[Sasha]

The Dragon roars loudly and their is a blinding light. When it vanishes the Miko and Rika lie out cold on the ground.

[Kris_Roth]

Sailor Aloena nods and checks on Rika and the miko. "Looks like they are out of it. Question, though, will they remember anything that happened to them while they were taken over and fused into that monster, or will they forget what happened?"
She looks back at Sailor Livetha's ice wall. "Nice job with that ice wall to protect Sailor Cronus. That last battle sure took a lot out of her."

[Kumi-chan]

Livetha shrugs and heads to Cronus. "Need a hand?" She offers her a hand.

[Gee-chan]

Cronus groaned quietly. It turned out that she still had a bit of consciousness left in her after all...that or the arcane garb she wore was keeping her from passing out. Stupid outfit she thought.

"Need a hand?" asked a voice

"Huh?"

Cronus opened here eyes and forced them to focus. It seemed that she had been knocked over at some point with her being too exhausted to notice and bending over her with a hand offered out was Livetha. She tried to take the hand but something was wrong, she could not move; heck, she couldn't even feel anything below her neck. Judging by the fact that people seemed to be acting rather calm, she guessed that it was still there, but why wouldn't it move? Had she broken her neck? Would she recover?


Nearby, the downed beast shuddered as it seemed to spew a strange dark vapour. The bones and flesh composing it crumpled into a heap as the energies of the demon left them and vanished into the air. As it dispersed, Cronus' body (which unknown to her, had been rigid and locked in a single position) fell limp.

"What the...?" wondered Pluto. the seal she had placed was still working, but that should have made a change to the demon's body impossible. The only thing that could have happened is someone or something else had dispersed it's energies. But who? and how? and why?


"What's happening?" asked Cronus, worry building in her voice, "I can't move!"

"You are fine." answered Pluto, who had approached when she noticed her plight. "I have sealed away the beast's mind and soul. To maintain the balance, I had to do the same to your body, however for that to be physically possible I would have to seal you away entirely. Instead, the next closest thing happened. You shall remain like this until I release the pair of you."

"Then do it!" cried Cronus, "Help me!"

"I can't" said Pluto, "Doing that would allow the demon to return and you are not ready for that yet. Wait until you are rested, then I shall release you."

She turned to the others.

"I am sorry, but I must leave now." she said, "The loss of the demon's current body troubles me. I must search for a possible explanation and the best course of action."

With that, she departed.

To think I am helping them like this. thought Pluto, Perhaps there is hope after all.



"Could someone pick me up or something" complained Cronus, "It's really dirty down here."

[Sasha]

Dark star chuckles and picks her up and looks at Rika and the Miko. "I'll take care of sleeping beauty here. You guys take those 2 back to the Miko's shrine. Meet back up at my place."

[AshK]

"Will do Princess." Cyclondia said as she curtsied and headed toward the fallen duo.

*Darkfire nods and follows Cyclondia over to the fallen duo.*

Livetha shrugs helping carry Cronus nodding to her silently. "My place is closer. We can take her there."
