Shawn adjusts a bolt or two in the .50 cal's fastener, then clicks the safety off, just in case.

"Hey.... Hey. Time to go." Ashton whispers softly into Silva's ear. He checks his rifle and gets his gear together. "Ready, sir."

Checking his equipment, Max prepares to rise to his feet and leave as the bus slows. "I'm also ready, sir."

After getting the bus positioned, it was about five minutes of waiting before the supply convoy was in sight. In rumbled along the road, paraded by four biker girls in a tight escorting formation. The supply convoy had a front swivel gun and a rear fixed gun while each girl had an uzi-esque gun at their sides.

The mechanic shook his head, "There's not much you can do...you might be able to catch up to them if you book it on a bike...but I'm not sure if that's a good idea. You could get in a lot of trouble if the higher-ups found out."

Taylor was doing his usual patrolling when he saw a sniper and a mechanic swapping words about a missed mission.

It seems like a good week passes in Alana's dreamscape when she emerges to conciousness, the orderly training halls melt away and give way to a post-op room. Rachel sits to the side of Alana's bed, "The operation went exactly as planned. Unfortunately the arm has a two second delay with your thoughts."

He thinks about it for a long while... Eventually deciding he owed it to Ashton to try.

"Alright... where did they go. I was stationed with those guys... I cant just sit here while they do this without me."

"Oh great more bad news. Is there ever any good news around here?" Alana asks.

Alana thinks of flexing her arm and then 2 seconds later it flexes.

"Every time I think I want to move my right arm I have to wait 2 seconds? Isn't that a bit dangerous Rachel?" Alana asked a bit concerned in the dreamscape her real left arm was modified to have a 1 second lag time whenever she wanted to move it. She was hoping that the two second delay wouldn't effect her services to the girls cause.

"I really hope I can be of some help to our cause, I mean you literally saved my life. So... does anyone have any idea exactly how much of this FemmeX I was exposed to and would it be possible to soak my swords in it so whenever I slash those stupid boys they will start to transform? I'm just wondering." Alana asked then said.

Shawn was already in the process of getting up when the platoon leader mentioned trouble with the higher-ups. He sat back down, looking a mite disappointed.

With only a minute or so before the enemy arrived, Surge rallied everyone up. “Hurry! Get your butts to a higher place, the plan is simple. We're going to snipe the heck out them. Take out the escorts first, then try to hit the cars full tanks or engine to blow them up to kingdom come! Now, move, move, move!!!”. After giving the order Surge took position near hill, covered by some rocks. There he could look over battlefield.

*Arthur gets his assault rifle and the rest of his gear and moves into position

Ken also moves into position and readies himself for the assault.

Taking a position on the other side of the road, Max found a slightly elevated position surrounded by some high grass and took his position. Though it wasn't the best position for getting a height advantage to get a shot, he hoped it would create some sort of cross fire and create some more confusion when they opened fire. Speaking of which, he glanced towards the leader and waited for a signal be begin fire. His shot at this range was only mediocre, and he didn't wish to waste the element of surprise on a miss.

Ashton shakes Silva and gives him a few soft (sorta) kicks to the shin, but the boy still remains asleep. Not good....

"Well, can't stay here and baby-sit you forever...." He mutters as he gently lays the boy's head on the seat before running off to get into position.

[muffinstud]

Dan takes an assault rifle up to one of the turrets and climbs his way up on top of the roof. "Hey Shawn! Aim that 50 cal at the engine block! It'll punch right through and make 'em a dead stick!" He adjusts his grip on the rifle and breathes deep. "Here goes nothing..."

[Turles.]

-Silva woke up and shook his head noticing everyone gone as his eyes widen seeing Ashton running as he runs after Ashton he pulls out his pistols and cocks them both back running closely behind Ashton now-

Time to avenge them...
