Zander nods. "Pretty much... but whatever. I guess there is plenty more to do on this ship..."

He trails off... he dosent want to force his company on the strange girl... a cute strange girl, he noted, but still a strange girl.

Kris sits down with an uneasy feeling as he holds the medallion around his neck..."Okay, so, who are my parents, and what is the significance of this medallion, Aunt Hilda? I mean, the family name "Moljins," where is that from?" Just then, his stomach growls..."Uhm, Aunt Hilda, I'm getting hungry. Please tell me more of this story of this medallion and my birth parents, and what does this have to do with me?"

"No thanks im good", replies Matt to the server. Since Matt is sitting next to a window he basicly has a front row seat to the show that is unfolding infront of him. He quickly drops his fork and watches how the water rises like something out of a story book. When something like this happens the normal reaction was to panic or look for help, who knows maybe we're being abducted by aliens? Either way this didn't stop him from running outside to get a better look.

"Woah... what in the world is happening?" said Matt as he tried to get hold of some of the raising water droplets.
"Let me confirm, your shelter shield is activated?"
"What are you planning?!"
"Your shelter is secure, is it?"
"Of course it is! Just see for yourself how powerless you are!"
"...Roger that."

Taylor begins to wander around the ship, leaving his room and heading for the nearest dining room. "I am starving."

Mike nearly jumped at the expression change, his brain not even having the time to register that his legs were a good thirty feet behind him. Before he picked up on what had happened he was already at the billiard tables. "Woah..." he mumbled as he looked back to the bar.

Seeing as he was already here though...and that note didn't necessarily say he was old enough to get drunk, just had permission to do overage things...if they gave him any guff for gambling on billiards he could show THEM the note. He walked to one of the tables and began watching the game being played. How do you even bet on these...do you bet as a bystander like a horserace...or do you play with money on the table?
It's not about how much dough you make -- it's about how delicious a pizza you eat at the end.

"Hnnn.... Did either of you feel a shake just now?" Hikaru asks the two players. There's a somewhat disturbed look on his face. "I could have sworn I felt just the slightest shaking a few moments ago."

Andy nods and waves. "Alright, see you later. I'll be waiting."

He turns and heads for his room further into the belly of the ship, keeping an eye out for the guy on the court who helped him up. It's only fair, he thinks. I'm sure he'd've done the same for me.

Kris is with his aunt Hilda, asking her questions about his heritage and the strange medallion, oblivious to to all the strange occurances on the ship.

OOC: I'd like to thank Kaizer for the awesome pics of my Valkyrie character, Krystia. 1st pic is her in casual attire, adjusting well to her situation. The 2nd pic is of her reacting to her inital transformation in a mirror.

(OOC: Kris, have you considered making the pictures a little smaller, and maybe side by side? Those of us with dial-up connections will thank you for it.)

"I don't really know much about your parents, Kris. All I know is that they could do things most people can't. You see, you are directly descended from vikings. Not just any vikings either, no. You are descended from great heroines of old. That medallion your parents gave you is a mark that was carried by your ancestors. Before they left, your parents made sure that I would take care of you and protect that medallion. With it, you will be able to channel the strength of your ancestors and make it your own."

The girl nods to Zander. "There is. I'm gonna watch a decent, clean cut movie to wash the taste of that last one out of my brain. What are you gonna do?"

"It seems the stars feel a connection between us as well," the woman coos. She places a hand on Tyler's thigh and winks.

As Matt tries to take a hold of the droplets, they each scoot out of his reach as if it were some kind of game.

Taylor finds a dining room, but everyone has left their table and is looking out the portholes.

The two people were betting on their game, but just looked at Mike oddly. "This table's taken, kid."

The girl shakes her head. "Yeah, let's try another. That was a weird song after all." She cycles through the songlist on the machine, having trouble deciding.

The shaking Hikaru felt was real, even if the two players pay him no mind.

Before he can make it below decks, Andy might notice the girls standing still, pointing at the starry droplets in the oddly darkened sky.

The kids who squirted Allen turn the corner again, and try to squirt the shining water in the air.

Bill stands in awe, shaking his head. "This is just impossible..."

The sky gets darker, dimming the light of sun and moon until the air is black as pitch. The only light comes from the shining drops of water hanging above the boat. They hover in place for a few seconds. Then, chaos ensues.
The droplets each shoot into the chests of all the passengers of the ship: the bartender, the kids, the old make-out couple, everyone. They pierce the metal of the ship to reach those below decks, leaving white hot holes gaping in their path. When a drop hits a person's body, it seemingly melts into the skin, leaving no trace of its entry. Kris finds that a few seem to bounce off his skin until an especially bright one finally makes it's way through.
(okay, transformation time! you can describe the tf yourself or hand the dirtywork over to me. your call.)
