Well, keeping along with the theme of drawing at least one new thing a day, here's another random image of someone from the message board! This one came to me at a whim, so I hope people like it. =)

Huh. I wonder if I should put up a !warning!. Oh, well, I'll just say that it's a hefty image, weighing in at 370k, and for good reason. n_n Enjoy!

Now, I still have to work on this Death woman thing. Damn, I really wish I had a copy of Painter 8. I want to try out some painting techniques on this instead of using my ancient copy of Photoshop. Ah well, at least my Wacom hasn't failed me yet! *hugs his happy tablet*

The Keiri was funny, and the Potemkin one is cool too. The background on the Jei one seems a bit flat though... not a bad job on the colors, I suspect you can add more depth if you get tricky with the shading.

You're right, it could be more dimensional with some effort *cough-I'mlazy-cough*. But it's my first attempt at a photo-background, and I didn't want to mess around too much with it. I wanted to keep it flat so it didn't draw anything away from the image of Jei. n_n If anyone's curious, I also messed with the overall colors a few times, just to see how I could change the feel of it.

So sad...! Now all she needs is snow.

I just messed with the color option on the paintbrush tool in Photoshop. I may be able to use the program to color, but I don't know the intricate little special effects it can do. ^^;

Oh. And umn. About Man-Faye. That's courtesy of Zack's other non-Tanya sister. She snagged my camera during Anime Expo last year when I had an artist's alley table with Zack (I want one again this year, but they're sold out! Pfah.). Man-Faye was standing right across from us, and... and...
