Surge turns to Julian. "Let's just say I hope their intercom is broken..."

"... think we should break in? We dont have a radio that could contact the nearest base or anything do we?"

[Haylie]

Riana nods, "We just need to be stronger than the Mijache." she looks to Grey, reminding her the name of a clan that would be known for actions that Julian described, "I want you to catch up with them...stick from the roads like you've been taught. Make sure no one but Surge's unit knows who or where you are. We must be a useful resource to them before we can ask for help when the time comes."

At the mention of the Mijache, Grey's expression changes to one of worry. It quickly switches to one of purpose once the assignment is given. She nods once and says, "Yes, ma'am." With that, she turns on her heel and exits for her favorite customized motorcycle.

Shawn finally catches up to the group, confused. "What's going on, sir?"

The outer fence is broken in, and Surge is looking at a very closed bay door. A motorcycle might have a harder time getting through this.

Grey's bike, being customized and everything, looks really cool as it drives at the same speed as everyone else's motorcycles (lol).

Surge sighed. He didn't like this one bit. "I don't know why the base has gone into lockdown, but I hope it doesn't have to be because of the girls..." he said as he walked. He was heading to see if all the base's other entrances were also closed.

[Haylie]

(Naturally. She doesn't want to choke them to death on her dust. )

Shawn follows Surge as Grey appears behind her.

Julian follows Surge. "Your the highest ranking idiot here... whats the standard procedure for getting in a base on lockdown?"

Alana yawns and finishes up her meal.

"it's been a long day." Alana said.

"Is there a place we can wash these dishes at?" Alana asked.

Surge turns towards Julian, his face indicates thats he's frustrated in no mood to take Julians $hit. "What do you think 'idiot'?"he replies to Julian. "Once the base is in lockdown, you don't get in or out. The thing is standard procedure implies that the base has to notify other units outside the base of it's lockdown. Also there doesn't seem to be any signs of hostile activity, beside our own" says Surge as he keeps on walking. Surge tried to narrow down the posibilities because of the lockdown. One of those was the posibility of a Reaper attack.

[Sam]

Maybe there was some sort of disease outbreak that they didn't want to spread

"Great... how far is the next base from here..."

Awesome...arguing is what we need now. Ken thinks as he follows the others.

The base is completely shut. All doors are locked and no person can be identified from looking in any of the windows. Surge might notice that the windows may be their best shot as their not barred...just kind of bullet proof. As they're wondering, the front door seems to make a loud *click*. Surge might recognize that it might have been a time-based lockdown that conveniently just ended. (let's say it's about 5 AM for you guys with the sun just coming up)

Dan's had a rough night. Being too nervous/terrified to investigate the base, he's holed up in a little corner of the engineering room. At about midnight or so, that's when the screaming happened. Almost sounding like people had been melting on the other side of the door. The fort had become a haunted banshee's home for a good hour until the screaming slowly died off, one scream after another was silenced. Dan also would not have noticed the change that he underwent, that being his odd doll-like appearance had slowly reverted to that of a normal girl's and he was no longer some bizzare asexual mannequin but now a real girl (like the story of Pinnochio only more dressy lol). She had sat in silence for about three hours, only accompanied by the nagging thought 'This is all your fault'.

Alana is quickly directed to the dish washing facilities are at.

Alana takes the dishes she used toward the Dishwashing facilities. She then turned toward the other Hybrids in the room before leaving.

"Um anybody want me to wash and dry their dishes for them. It's the least I can do to thank you for not killing me." Alana said at this time her left Eyebrow had stopped twitching as she smiled. She hoped her smile would not cause anyone to attack her.

Julian whirls around at the click. "Is that sound what I think it is? We might not be shut out in the cold after all..."
