Mike simply sits in silence, his temper slowly burning away as the people around him seem to be inflamed with stupidity. He's silent even as the flaming blanket...but he wished sorely to push these people off into the ocean where they'd be a bit quieter.

"Good now shut up and paddle." Adam groans and sits back down covering herself with her legs shivering now naked again. She hopes they reach land soon so she will start feeling better and can eat again soon.

Amy can only sit there in the fetal position until they reach the island.

Bill snaps at Adam. "What are you doing?! No more blankets for you! And the rest of you! Either be useful or kill each other and be done with it! If not, I'll kill you for you!"

Hilda clears her throat. "I think what he means is-"

"You know damn well what I mean!"

Hilda stares angrily at Bill for a few seconds before going back to tending Kimiko. She gasps in pain and her eyes shoot open as she remembers her broken leg.

Heather stays quiet and scoots a little closer to Matt. She looks between him and Bill apprehensively.

The electric girl jumps and takes an oar. Three more oars remain.

Before being disapproving of Bill's outburst, Mike can feel a sense of amusement coming from the bartender. Even though she wasn't looking right at him, her whole attention had been on him.

The island is a tiny bit bigger than before. It's clear that at the current rate, the boat won't reach land until well after nightfall.

"Yeah fine... ugh... but I won't row then..." Adam groans as she falls over holding her empty stomach as it gurgles loudly. "ohh..." She closes her eyes groaning.

In Mike's utter disgust at who was in the boat with him, he felt a chill run down his spine as he detected a sincere feeling of amusement coming from the bartender. As he rowed silently a smirk crept up on his face that turned into a smile. He looked to the bartender, "Hey barkeep. Think you could hop on an oar?" he patted the oar spot in front of him, awaiting the time where he'd be able to ask her questions about her feelings for Bill (or was she looking at me?) to catch her reaction. Suddenly his mood was a little better as he saw a clear way to sow disorder into at least one person's mind.

Matt turns to Bill which is making a ruckus. "Hey man, chill! This isn't the time to be fighting. What good would it do to the rest of the group? We're tired, hungry and cold, so shut and stop being mean to everyone" said Matt as he made his oppinion heard among all the fighting.
"Let me confirm, your shelter shield is activated?"
"What are you planning?!"
"Your shelter is secure, is it?"
"Of course it is! Just see for yourself how powerless you are!"
"...Roger that."

Amy stands up herself, putting her hands between Matt and Bill as if to separate the two. Evidently blindness doesn't completely unhinge her from reality. "Hey, guys, this isn't getting us anywhere. Let's keep it calm. We're obviously going to be here a while, so we might as well make the best of it."

It's unclear which is the best tension-breaker. Maybe it's her cute face, the stern-but-friendly way she said it, the fact that she's blind... whatever the case may be, things should be a lot calmer.

Krystia transforms back to normal, and then she gets a blanket for Adam. "There, I noticed you were cold. Better keep up the rowing towards one of those islands. Then we will work on some shelter, finding food and drinks, and maybe see if the natives will help us with any of these things."

Joshua took a few deep breaths. The situation had been rather, stressful. "Sorry about that." He muttered quietly, not that any of the others had really reacted to his, or was it her outburst.

"Given that fighting with each other doesn't seem to be the most productive course of action, perhaps it would be a good time to go over what had happened and try to figure out what exactly was going on. If nothing else it would stop the people providing the manual labor from killing each other.

Unless any of you know otherwise, we have no guarantee that there aren't any more things like that waiting for us on the island. It would be good to be prepared as best we can." Joshua took a deep breath. Yes, as long as he could keep things under control this situation wouldn't be so bad. 'Hell,' he, or should that be she now, thought, 'I'm probably just hallucinating anyway.'

"To start, does anyone have a cell-phone on them. I doubt it will work, bjut boy wouldn't we be idiots if we were stranded on a deserted island for weeks before realizing we were in cell-phone range?"
Hmm.... Does anyone actually read these anyway?

Bill closes his eyes and keeps rowing. He shakes his head and mumbles incoherently to himself.

"Krystia, I've got my phone in my back pack. Front pocket. See if it will work." Hilda keeps Kimiko down as she pounds her fist in pain. "Where's Andy?"

Heather places a hand on Matt's shoulder and that soothing warmth starts going through him again. "Matt, please. I'm scared."

"Well, since no one else will..." The bartender throws her hands up in frustration and takes up an oar in all her nude glory. Her cheeks are still in a green blush and she stares straight ahead as she rows.

The island gets closer. A beach can just barely be made out. Two oars remain unused.
