Alana is about ready to hold onto her shin, but realizes that she can't do that if she wants to save her best friend.

"Don't focus on the pain! Don't focus on the pain! Focus on saving Rachel! Focus on saving Rachel walk it off walk it off. I can do whatever I want in here. Don't focus on the pain don't focus on the pain! Focus on saving Rachel."

Alana completely focusses on training and saving Rachel. She works on every Kata that she has learned as well as several Judo techniques. The pain just seems to be a dull throbbing now as she walks perfectly. She gets tired of her Ponytail and takes it out letting her long Green hair flow down to her waist.

"I can do this! I can do this! I will save Rachel! I have to save Rachel! I will not let her become a freak!"

Alana continues to train her dreamscape as she gets stronger every minute she is training. She gets a bit more definition in her arms, legs, and chest. She trains without pain for the time being.

"I suppose we couldnt alert this to our own side... despite the fact that they wouldnt take kindly to Gary here, it might tip off the girls we know about it..."

"But for once I agree with Surge... besides the whole reverse engineering idea, we cant let this thing stay existing."

Gary was a little confused, "Besides the reverse engineering? What are you talking about?"

Sariah smiled, "Good girl. Ignore the pain...ignore the emotion inside you."

(Hey she is just doing what Sariah told her too. That is the best way for her to survive the gunshot wound is to not focus on the pain and focus on her mission which is to save Rachel.)

"Thanks. I just hope that I won't be too late to save Rachel-Chan. Do you like my hair better up or down?" Alana says then asks while practicing her Martial Arts.

The pain seems to be a bit less bearable as the time goes on, but she just continues right through it ignoring it the best she can.

"We're going to capture that damned contraption and use it against them..." said Surge answering Gary's question.
"Let me confirm, your shelter shield is activated?"
"What are you planning?!"
"Your shelter is secure, is it?"
"Of course it is! Just see for yourself how powerless you are!"
"...Roger that."

Brnin8r wrote: If we can get the blueprints, the materials, and a nuclear rod with a sample of the radiation, we could reverse engineer the machine and come up with a way for an opposite version. Our own transformation method." he looked to the other boys to see their thoughts on the idea.

ALL WHO PLAY THIS!!!!

In recent weeks it has come to my attention that this RP might be struggling for interest. The desperate threads of life slowing unweaving...

I desire this to not happen. I have a definite ending for this roleplay and would enjoy getting there.

This post around, I just want to hear your guys' thoughts on this phenomenon or what you guys think could help make the roleplay a little more interesting. Or are we just at a low point of interest that needs to be trudged through?

((*shrugs* I'm fine the way it is going... its setting up things to happen later... something essential in any good narrative. But if some of the others feel differently... go ahead and make it more lively.))

(I think it's just a lowpoint in the interest. I think some people are still trying to recover from the holidays others are busy with school and work. I'm still interested in this RP. I say we trudge through it. Unless you feel you need to make it more lively.)

(( Well what I was gonna say has already been said... anyways I want this to continue. Maybe you should split up the group? The most active with the one sthat aren't and thus neither is affected. That's my oppinion... ))

I think it's fine as it's going now. Just a low point in action is all.

Exposition. Backstory. Plot. Motivation.

Hey, if there's not as much action right now, those are all things that make up for it. Just to let you know, I'm keeping Dan kinda quiet right now. She's still kinda lost in her own world.

((All right, cool. I just wanted some feedback on how things are going. Since there are no real complaints to be had...on with the show. *pushes the tape in*))

Greg nodded to Surge's zeal, "All right then. So are you all willing to help? If so, I must warn you. You'll be using somewhat outdated hardware. The advantage to that is that the boys have updated and the girls have found defenses for those but not the old weaponry." Gary glanced again to the room with boxes and lost himself for another moment in nostalgia, "...I have enough for all of you I think."

Sariah shrugged, "I'd say up for practicality, but it looks better aesthetically down." she said casually as she stepped in front of Alana. With no time to react, Alana would find Sariah's fist in her gut, it felt like a pneumatic hammer had just found her kidney, "Practicing on air won't help you against a mouthful of hybrid teeth."

"Oh so you want to spar! Okay! It's good Practice!" Alana says as she Kiais so the Punch doesn't hurt that bad. Had she breathed in it would hurt a lot more.

(A little something I learned from my Karate instructor during a sparring match when I got the air knocked into me.)
