As for Zack's excellent artistic skill, it says something when the artist can just whip something up on a napkin and make it look like gold.

I always fancied myself more the writer than the artist... not that don't try to be both... or used to try... *Chases after inspiration for his art and writing dreams*

Find something that inspires then draw it. and draw at it until youare satisfied.

I was in the mood, so I flipped through the description thread and did some stuff that caught my eye.

Dunno why, but I felt like drawing Nurse Keiri. Or a nurse, I guess, sort of with her in mind.

And in her description stuff she mentioned something about mages and being mages and magic and chaos, so I kinda did a.. nurse.. mage.. with part of a hand.

And then I felt the urge to do an angry Seiko.

Oh. Yeah. If anyone wants an uber challenge, and feels the urge, I done dare you to go ahead and try coloring in either of these badly scanned penciled pictures. Supposedly Keiri likes purples and pinks, and Seiko likes to threaten me >_> Usually after I insult her to her face, but hey.

When drawing nurses, it helsp to have this phrase in mind. "Where does it hurt?" (Think the Medic from the Starcraft Game)

BTW: page three is nearly done a half color version is posted, Zack any comments on it?

Eh... Nurse Keiri doesn't strike me as the type to care. I dunno. She seems more 'I'm cute, but it's gunna hurt when I jam this needle up your shoulder, sucka' type. You know? Let me illustrate...

To clarify.. yeah. Each one of those words is a link. Um.. I just recall reading her description in that thread and it saying something about a girl in a nurse outfit with her hair up in some cute fashion. Which gave me lots of room to work with. So I played with the idea some more.
