It will make the next part much easier." Miss Friday tosses a composition notebook on the desk in front of each girl, with a blunt looking pen velcro-ed to each. "The next exercise is simple enough. You must write the sentence "My name is..." and your new name. If you fail to write it correctly, you will be punished. Write the sentences correctly and you will be rewarded. Write 50 correct sentences and you will be free to leave the room." Miss Friday gets up and walks out the door. "Don't take too long, ladies..."

While writing "Caesar", she feels a slight and unpleasant electric tingle throughout her. But as she writes "Joanna", she feels something pleasant.

Frank goes to toss the notebook against the wall, then hesitates... what would be the point? Defiance wouldnt get her out of here... if anything it would make them watch her more...

She could pick her battles...

She begins writing down "My name is Blanche" while crossing her fingers.
