Fantasy Meets Reality (RP)

"If that were the case," Chu replied, a sullen tone in his normally-stoic voice, "Then we'd all be seeing different things..."

"Not necissarily, there are instances where shared halucinations have occured"

[Queen Octavia]

I release Orihime, and am in shock at my own changes. I try my very hardest to deny them, ignore them, and focus my attention elsewhere.

"Are you all right?" I ask Orihime, and extend a hand for shaking. "My name's tony, what's yours."

My brain has shut down all higher thought to avoid panicking, you can tell I'm very nervous. I shake a little, and look very wide-eyed.

[Hira Kanaki]

"I still have nothing, to say about this." Ace said obviously very nervous.

[Marky]

Looking at the hand held out to her, unfortunately ignoring Nova at the moment, apparently having a one-track mind, or a bit of fear of what in front of her is causing her to ignore Nova. Not taking Tony's hand, Orihime responds. "I-it was M-Mark, but now..." She looks down at herself. "...I-I guess it's Orihime."

[Queen Octavia]

I shake my head at mark - "No; you're name isn't Orihime if you don't want it to be. I don't know what the heck is going on today, but I know this. That wacko can take your body from you... but he can never take your name from you, alright? Remember that."

My heart beats faster and faster as it gets harder and harder to deny what is happening to me. My nervousness makes my ears twitch, and some part of me just wants to bolt and hide like a rabbit. Another part feels brave enough to face this, wants to fight. I stand there; frozen, unsure of what to do.

[Florina]

To Tony's dismay, things don't get any better. He can feel his chest slowly swelling outward, straining the fabric of his shirt and revealing his fur-covered midriff. His body became soft and rounded, his face becoming angular and feral, but still decidedly feminine. His hair lengthened slightly and curved around his head, turning stark white. Two black tufts appeared on his brown ears, finishing the appearance of one of Final Fantasy's famous Viera- specifically Shara.


Finally fed up with hiding like some coward, Chu leaps out of the car. "That's it... Someone's going to explain what's going on here..."

"Hey don't ask me I'm just as confused." Ace said.

[Queen Octavia]

Tony can't help but cup his new chest, but he is too dazed to even feel it. Too shocked to process the information his hands are grasping.

He slowly moves over to examine his reflection in the sideview mirror of a nearby car. Some detached academic part of his brain gives his new ears a few experimental jerks to see how they respond, and clenches and releases his muscles subconsciously, cataloging their potential.

"Everyone-" I look around at the people nearby. "I think this might just be real...." I'm no leader (Or at least not right now after going through this), and I look around for someone to follow through this ordeal.

[Zoey]

"If we stay here we'll all get changed! Let's get the hell out of here!" says Nova. "We could take the train and leave the city, we should be ok outside the city"

[Maiden Miki]

Mike shook his head and said, "This is crazy. I mean she just looks like that anime character." MIke then listen and said, "Now you are crazy. Both of you. I mean it is possible for a person to look like an anime character but to actually become one is crazy."

Mike then watched as the guy that he was talking to become a girl too. He could tell that it was from a Final Fantasy character. He then said, "Crazy. It must be the gas. Making us see things."

[Marky]

After that talk from Tony, before he was completely transformed, Mark/Orihime was finally thinking clearly for once. He was going to thank Tony, but, noticed that Tony's changes were finishing up, and left him to be preoccupied with that for the moment. As Tony was dealing with his own transformation, Mark/Orihime slowly got to her feet, trying to adjust to the new balance and such of her body.

[Queen Octavia]

I wince at the pain coming from my feet, and as I take off my sneakers realize they have in fact grown larger, like over-sized rabbit's feet. I make my way over to Mike, and accost him:

"Listen, man, this is real." I point at my ears at move them around a little, "those are real," I point at my chest "I was a guy two minutes ago, but those are real too. I think it's time you get past denial, this is all very, very real. And I've got news for you: We were ALL exposed. So have fun denying it in a few more minutes. In the meantime, try and be useful."

And with that, I go about the street, trying to comfort and console those who have been changed, and stopping anyone I can from taking advantage of the chaos to loot. "First we need to get this street under control. Once things are settled down, maybe then we can worry about what's behind all this."

[Rena]

"Okay... who exactly do you want to question? The BLEACH heroine or the rabbit girl?" David replied sarcastically to Chu, not exactly seeing many routes to take in this sort of situation. In the distance, he could hear a voice shouting "I AM ZERO!", which lead the boy's eye to twitch. Apparently, someone had met the fate of being turned into Lelouch Lamperouge from Code Geass. That wouldn't end well. "We don't know where the guy who started all this is, so where exactly do you intend to go?"

"We need to get out of the city if we can, I think, for now." Reid said as he raised a single index finger into the air. "Maybe we won't be affected if we leave in time? Though there always is the chance we're just seeing illusions."

In the meantime, even Chu seemed to be undergoing difficulties as his 'ripped' body was seemingly losing muscle mass, his black hair lightening to a dark brown instead as he lost a bit of height.

"Exactly," yuri responds, "do you really think its more likely people are transforming or that this is in our heads. Physical sensations have readily been simulated when people halucinate so that's no real proof"

Mike wasn't sure. He had no idea what was going on. One person seem convience with what was happening to him or her or whatever was real. Still Mike wasn't really sure. He then said, "I don't know. I mean the smoke? Smoke can make people think thinks. IT just crazy I guess."
