The blade is released through the shout ‘Count Akusesutaimu”. The blade changes into a singular formation with the sheath, the blade itself initially sheathed the sheath itself covered with a series of holes the reaches up to the hilt 12 in total, the holes are equal size.
The blade itself changes the hand guard disappearing, the blade becomes 12 equally spaced holes with empty space in-between, and when placed in the sheath they occupy the holes in the sheath perfectly.
The effects of the 12 coins have the ability to alter the time of the slash of blade by increments of 1 second for each coin in either forward or reverse time. Forward for each hole filled in the front, and back for each coin filled in the back.

Description – Physically he/she tends to wear a rather effeminate webbed ninja shirt covered by thin aquamarine jacket with a short exposed mid rift. Along the sides of his/her jacket are a series of wave patterns engraved onto small steel plates that line the back and sleeves, reaching all the way to her hand which is covered with a pair of figureless gloves. Wearing a pair of dark green rather short skirt that barely reaches his/her thighs these are connected to more wavy steel plates that are threaded all the way down to her knees in a chain skirt. Underneath the rest of his/her legs are covered by fishnet hose that reach his/her feet which seem to blend into his/her strapped sandals. In physically good condition he/she carries fully functional variations of both equipment, although her physically development has obviously been far more influenced by estrogen. With an hour glass figure and a C bust size and a face with the soft pout lips and eyes of a girl, but with the jaw of a bishounen he/she facially is more of a tomboy. His/her hair is in an over the top frontal right bang style, and is held down with a coral hair clip. His/Her forehead protector is worn around her neck like a necklace.

Sphere Staff - His/Her weapon is a looks like a staff from a distance, but instead is it actually 1 twisted 1 inch thick steel cable intertwined to form a solid bar variation. Towards each end is a clamp mechanism the keeps the cable in its current shape however it can be released to into certain increments to form a hoop at either end of the staff, the hoop can be expanded to the point where it uses all the cable in the staff forming a singular giant circle. In staff form the staff measures roughly 7 feet long, at full circle form it measures with the diameter of 6 feet. The metal is actually covered in a glossy oil type liquid that can be manipulated and altered with other composite oils and chakra. When in full circle forms the oil can be draped across the center in a fluid veil, which can be immediately used with her techniques.

Biography – born both male and female, he/she was abandoned into the sea by his parents while still a newborn due to folklore legend, this occurred at the island of Tennozu pre-annexation by the Hidden Village of the Tide. He/she was found by a youthful Cathri while floating along the open seas during one of her missions (for reasons see Cathri’s history). Taking the newborn into her Clan as a personal agenda, Cathri helped raise Kaita like her own sibling. Cathri helped Kaita through life with finances, ninja training and even social problems that stemmed from his/her unique body. Although Kaita would never gain any true political power in the clan due to his/her origins, Kaita proved his/her worth raising through the ninja ranks quickly reaching chunnin at 12 and jonnin half a year later, even as a adoptee he/she garnered much praise which in turn helped his/her sister Cathri rise in rank and reputation. Eventually after a surprising development during a mission to her home Village of Tennozu (unknown to him/her at the time) he/she developed his/her own blood limit. These events were actually one of the reasons for to the Oni’s return, though this fact and the details would remain unknown to all for quite a period of time. After the events occurred that revealed that Kaita’s home town was Tennozu, Kaita confronted his/her real parents. The results were not pretty to say the least, however Kaita was able to at least semi-reconcile with his/her blood relatives to at least fair conversational levels, Tennozu was later annexed for the specific reason of the blood limit though the Tide was unable to reproduce the blood limit from any of the other natives.

On a important note several missions later his/her Jonnin, Mendi Takimoto, through Kaita managed to acquire a date with Cathri, eventually the 2 would marry, Kaita being the best man and brides maid… to which a stranger event at the wed… uh… never mind just lets not get into that. Either way these events would eventually lead into the beginning of the Oni crisis events described in Seika’s history. The major detail left out of Seika’s history is how Kaita and Mendi managed to develop a method to identify the Youma from normal humans, which was actually due to an accidental side effect the Youma would exhibit to Kaita’s blood limit, soul splitting. The soul portions would flare up in a defensive auto response to a Youma’s natural spiritual energy; eventually Kaita developed a technique to see these spiritual flows through his/her bubbles.

After those events Kaita would spend the next 13 years of his/her life on the run taking care of Seika, developing her ninja skills and honing his/her own. He/She knows that what he/she is doing sides with justice and what’s best for the village of the Tides and the rest of the world, though often she wonders what it would be like not being on the run. Eventually though, roughly 9 years after the incident, through the aid of an interested Konoha Jonnin Hibana Kikuko the motives of her not completely known however it was not an offer Kaita could not refuse. Kaita was able to make contact with Cathri, who at first was skeptical of him/her but there bonds and the deteriorating situation at Lunaqua helped over come that doubt. Although they have unable to meet face to face, or resolve the situation, it has only become a matter of time before they are able to unravel the beginning of the web spun by Yuuko.

He/She’s a rather reclusive person, preferring unless she knows someone really well to keep to his/her distance. His/Her personality matches this behavior often acting indifferent to the point of being mean to people, however once you become on his/her friends list, he/she opens up completely, the cheerful friendliness making you think it was almost a completely different person. He/She prefers either sex and enjoys teasing those she considers his/her friends with a flirt-full carefree attitude, this is due to him/her getting over his/her shyness of his/her physical condition at a early age thanks to Cathri’s help.

General Abilities –

Kihouyton/Rei Jikanbunrihou – (Bubble type element/Soul Splitting) – this is a unique blood limit that merges the water, lightning, and wind elements into a hybrid element. These allow him/her the ability to create static bubbles from any liquid component, stabilized with wind, and given life with lightning materialized from soul fragments. They can transform into any given polymorphic shape, however naturally appear as spheres, each takes up a tiny piece of his/her soul, the soul portions return to him/her after the spheres are dispelled. This however this limits how much he/she can expend at a singular moment however gives her a level of complete control over every sphere.

Kifu Gen’yuseisan Manipyureeshon - (Skin Oil Manipulation) – allows him/her to control the oils emitted by his/her skin and body controlling the fluidity, density, and other various properties. In conjunction the specialized oil also coats her weapon, as well as the various metal plates threaded into her cloths. The oil is emitted from his/her sweat glands. The bubbles are also capable of adapting these oil variations into there own traits.

Genkai Gaiba Kihou - (Bound Field Bubble) – as a part of the Kihouyton and Kifu Gen’yuseisan Manipyureeshon he/she is capable of creating barriers that are integrated into the oils from which the bubbles come from. The barriers are integrated into the surface of the bubbles and there effects carry into all other Kihouyton jutsu’s that involve the barrier bubble.

Specific Jutsu’s –

Mu Doumasatsu Gen’yuseisan - (Zero Friction oil) – generates oil from his/her sweat glands that drastically reduces the friction of all materials it touches. When used in conjunction with a bubble, it creates a bubble whose outer layer has the ability to redirect smashing and even cutting techniques. This can also be used to coat the plates that line her cloths combining them into a type of alterable armor, which can deflect blows and weapons.
Countless other oil types don’t feel like listing them all, in generalization the bubbles have the capabilities of adapting the content of the oil into there beings.

Genwaku Nankan - (Blinding Barrier) – Genkai Gaiba Kihou - this technique creates a sealed area within the bubble that makes it impossible to see into or through, this is even capable of blocking the vision of insight eyes like the sharingan and byakugan. Makes it look like your seeing a blank space instead, these also maintain the ability to contain chakra over extended periods of time.
Countless other types of barriers, like the oils to lazy to name them all.

Ikimono Kihou Bunshin no Jutsu - (Living Bubble clone technique) – Kihouyton/Genkai Gaiba Kihou – a unique bunshin that can be created of anyone that he/she is able to passed through the hoop of the Sphere staff, the forms are kept in a fluid memory state in the staffs oils, although the clone created only adheres to the level the person was at when they were last passed through the staff. It creates a memory retention able clone; by retaining a 50% of his/her soul and 10-50% of her chakra into the said clone the percent of the chakra dependent on the person cloned. He/She can only create a singular one of these at a given moment and they are only at 20% strength compared to the original; however they have all the abilities minus only blood limits of the originals. These clones require what would normally be a heavily damaging to near fatal blow or the complete usage of the clone’s chakra reserves to cause the clone to pop/disperse. Any portion of his/her soul within the clone is returned to him/her however all chakra used by the clone is lost, when the clone is released or destroyed.

Koukahatsu Kihou no Jutsu - (Imploding Bubble technique) – Kihouyton/Genkai Gaiba Kihou – Creating a single flowing directional barrier on a bubble, he/she is able to remove internal elements inside the bubble by a combination of chakra manipulation and high speed motion. Once the bubble is empty, the bubble is able to be imploded, the vacuum created inside the bubble capable compressing the area outside it. The power is dependent on the size, and quality of the vacuum created in the bubble. These bubbles can also be layered, to increase the overall power.

Hanshateki Kihou no Jutsu - (Reflecting bubble technique) – Kihouyton/Genkai Gaiba Kihou – a ninjutsu technique that creates a looped space barrier inside the bubble, which traps and contains oncoming projectiles. Upon containing the object the bubble warps the space within it redirecting the object back towards its original location, before releasing it. This cannot contain living objects however can contain other ranged ninjutsu’s, the force of the attack reflect-able depends on the size of the bubble and the power of the technique but you can’t contain/reflect an attack that’s bigger then the bubble itself. This can also be varied to redirecting attacks to any direction, including redirecting his/her techniques.

Gyoushi Narushishisuto - (Gaze of the Narcissist) – Kihouyton – creates a visual genjutsu image which is then reflected within the bubbles that causes anyone to look at them to all of sudden end up facing a unlimited number of there own visage within a mirror chamber. These then proceed through the mirrors grabbing onto the person dragging them down into the floor, in a suffocating mass.

Konsekai Endo - (Worlds End) – Kihouyton – by popping specially tuned bubbles though the air vibrations, he/she creates a sound based genjutsu. These make it seem like to the victims that actual space is compressing, at exponential rate, eventually seems like the world has collapsed into a suffocating bubble that is crushing them.

Amakudaru Doki no Jutsu - (Heaven’s Wrath Technique) - Kihouyton/Genkai Gaiba Kihou – creates a 10 diameter foot bubble which he/she then tosses into the sky the low weight lifting it to cloud level before it stops. The bubble then flattens into an almost 2-d circular shape, the bubble with his/her chakra expands exponentially to a diameter of over a 100 feet. These store 5% of her soul, a minor amount of chakra for control measures, a high density black absorption oil, and a Genwaku Nankan barrier to evade sight. The bubble then acts as a giant energy compressing quad layer magnifying lens. Capable of firing either a concentrated high powered thin stream beam of solar energy of 1 foot radius or a gigantic pillar of solar energy in a 10 foot radius 3 times. The bubble quickly expends its stored chakra after initial usage, and they will also disperse after 24 hours in standby mode; only 3 may be created at any given time, they can also be layered on top of one another to magnify the general strength. Any unused chakra is returned to her after the jutsu is dispelled. When used in conjunction with Hanshateki Kihou no Jutsu it allows for nigh Omni directional attacking via continuous reflections at light speed. Obviously since it relies on the sun it can only be used during the day.

SHE is left looking like so in the tattered bits of her her former garments..
