Yes, there's no real innate colors for girls and boys. But, at least in the America, blue is used to identify boys while pink is used for girls. And I'm not being sneaky with the options: the "or" portions just go hand in hand with the color application chosen. For instance, if you didn't care, then there would be no color change. In that case, it'd remain blue for boys and pink for girls. That's all it is. I didn't make a separate option for "I don't care" because of the nature of the question posed.
