Dawn smiles, and nods, deciding to play along. "Yeah....and what did this hobo look like? And how did you get 20 dollars? I don't even get payed that much to look after you. It can't be terribly important..."

[Harri-chan]

Maxine bit her bottom lip as Dawn smiled down at her, and asked her about the hobo. "He was dirty, and smelled bad... and I got the twenty dollars from working here... ", she said. This was bad. Her hand presses against Dawn's cute little skirt, and she leans forward to try and see where the receptionist had gone. Spotting her sitting down at the desk, she squeezes between Dawn and Miki, and starts heading over to Kylie, unsure if she'd been affected by the mind changes too.

[Zoey]

Kylie notices the young girl trying make her way over to her. She spins around in her chair. "Hellow sweetie. How can I help you?" she says as if she was talking to a little kid, which she is.

[Harri-chan]

Maxine bit on her bottom lip. She could either keep trying to convince them she was really an adult, or just play along and try and get her hands on the amulet, but then just risked them treating her more and more like a little girl. Her blue eyes gazed at the young woman's chest, before she clenches her fists when she saw there was no amulet hanging there.

"I lost my amulet... ".

[Nosnits]

Dawn comes up behind Maxine. "Yeah.....she bought it from a hobo *Wink* have you seen it? It's...very important to her."

[Zoey]

Kylie smiles as she rubs the little girls head. She then takes out the amulet and hands it to her. "You should be more careful with your belongings sweetie" she replies. She then looks up at Dawn. "Kids these days have such incredible imaginations, no?"

[Nosnits]

"I know.....it's great to see it in them.....it's a very wonderful thing! Though, I'm sure she'll grow up eventually!" She ruffles Maxine's hair kindly at this. "Is that the right amulet?"

[Harri-chan]

Maxine's heart leapt as she saw the amulet being dangled infront of her, and she quickly snatched at it, not even saying thank you to the receptionist. It was too big for her now, but she still pulled it over her head. Instead of resting on her chest, it now hung passed her tummy, almost down against her waist, but she didn't care. Her small fingers caressed the figurine of the beautiful woman.

"Yeah... ", she murmurs in response to Dawn.

(in the worst timing ever... I have to go to bed... so if someone wants to snatch it off Maxine, feel free. Don't post an attempt, as I won't be around to answer, just take it if you want to)

[Marky]

Jackie & Karin: The two girlfriends don't know why they strayed away from their stations, but.... Well, they could use a break, right? Not like there's anyone around, anyway.

Jackie looks over at Karin, blinking, wondering why neither of them are at their stations, but, just shrugs and goes over and sits down in the nearest seat, deciding to take a little break.

((Eh. I kinda didn't know what to put here, and I'm going for a good bit to work on a project...so, yeah.))

Finished with her screaming, The Librarian slowly gets up and wobbles on her feet. "Ugh. Today is not my day..." She makes her way over to a pair of women who seem to be gathered around a little girl. They seem nice enough... "What's going on here?"

[Nosnits]

Dawn looks scoldly at Maxine. "Say thank you, at least! She didn't have to give it to you." She then looks up at the new librarian. "My little sister lost her amulet....but now she's got it back. She can be a little...imaginative sometimes."

[Zoey]

Kylie turns to the librarian and greets her with a smile. After all she was one of her bosses. "Do not worry Ma'm. We have everything under control" says Kylie reasuring her.

The Librarian's eyes go wide. These two have no idea what she was even asking about. Did no one see the cocoon that obviously changed her from a guy into this? She had to find that woman that had done this to him. Granted, he had only heard her voice, but it wasn't either of these two. "Very well. Um, good job." Why was that one woman talking to her like she was older? Was she older than her? She gives the little girl a forced smile and walks off, just as confused as before, if not more so.

[Maiden Miki]

"She has such a nice imaginations," Miki watched as the little girl ran over to Kylie. She smiled and followed the little girl wondering how this amulet looks like.

Miki then looked over at Maxine and lifted the amulet up to her eyes. She pushed her glasses up and said, "What a pretty amulet. It-it-it-it looks so pretty on a little girl like you."

Karin, now a nurse, looks over at the little kids and then at the new librarian. "Uhm, hi there. I'm Karin Reece, the new Nurse. I was coming here to teach the kids about proper hygiene and hand washing. You know, because the health department sent me here as part of an educational program I am involved with. There's a lot of sickness going on with that H1N1 Virus, and I am here to make sure the young kids learn to wash their hands."
