I don't know how much faster Kampfer is going but I doubt its going to get 5 seasons or something, so its going to stay unresolved in the anime.

I don't know what the exchange rate is for the manga, in regard to the novels, but the anime has covered at least three volumes of the manga as of episode nine (which seems to be a bit ahead).

And now that things are playing out how I thought (in the anime), more or less, I can only imagine why Sakura is giving Natsuru special attention. ;/
