Shame on you, Lio! Mike is the main character from Star Tropics, a two game series on the NES. There was an all female town and naturally you needed something from there. You had to go to a fortune teller and she'd turn you into a girl (yes, apparently fortune tellers can do that) so you could sneak in.
It was a great game, second one wasn't very good, but it never got any real attention. But hey, any game that required you to dunk your instruction manual under water had to be good.

@_@ I was never allowed to have a nintendo, maybe if we're lucky it will show up on the GBA with the other games they've re-release from the Nintendo.

It sounds like an interesting game, but I though Star Tropics was for SNES and came in that big box... maybe I'm thinking of something else.

Sorry, I digress. :D

Just some drawing I did today and I'm looking for critiquing if anyone wants to be so kind.

That looks like a somewhat different scale than you're used to doing. Then again, it could just be a larger image or scan or whatever. But.. it's slightly different than most of the stuff you do, and that's always fun. I like the colors! I guess if you ever wanted to spend more time on a piece like that, you may want to start using different line widths. Or experimenting with stuf like that... But it's neat there, overall! Cutesy.

It is a bigger picture because the pose she's in gave me more room to work with. I'm trying to force myself to draw bigger so everything isn't so smooshed. I think I'm more used to drawing in the margins of notebooks than on full pieces of paper --;
What kind of drawing implements do you use, Zack (for line widths and all)? All I have is a pigment pen and only one width at that. My small ones died and the nearest art store is 30 minutes away.

Thanks for the comments.

Well.. I usually have used Sakura pigment ones, with variating tips from like.. um... .005, 01, 03, and 07. I'll use those. The .005 is only really for reaaaaly detailed line debth. But you could make do with just one pen, if you just go over the lines and thicken them some. Adds debth, ya know. Might wanna check out some straight B&W manga for tips on how real artists play with lines.. or, um.. look at Fred Perrys stuff *_*;;

:? Hmmm... it does have that more mature-ish air around it rather than the cartoony style you use often... nevertheless, it's a great pic. You really captured that morning sickness thing...

...She DID just wake up, right? :P

Someone save me from incompetence please. I'm trying to do a picture for someone but it's coming out all ... not nice. I don't think I'm in the mental frame to find what's wrong so it's driving me nuts (never EVER agree to help clean out someone's room, I've been sneezing and hacking up dust since 10 AM). Any comments would be appreciated:
