[FFRP] The RP Nexus

Harriette will find there is no book under the desk. However, the teacher stares down the classroom as a flock of ball point pens flies overhead. They stop, and drop, each desk serving as a little landing pad for a ball point pen.
"Today we finally put in practice the theory we've been going over the past week. I'd like you all to attempt to lift the pen on your desk without the use of your hands. I'll be coming around to check your progress individually."

"Well, today's my day off. Anything in particular you wanted to do?" The as yet unnamed girl hops down from her bed and stretches before stripping off her pajamas.

"Hmm...I could go for a game of basketball or something. Still that mall I heard about sounds interesting." said Macy with an uncaring look on her face. "UNless you know of anything else to do in a place like this."

Not surprisingly, neither Nora nor Harriette manage to move their pens. However, Nora can see a few students with wobbly pens floating in front of them, if only briefly. The teacher keeps making her rounds, slowly nearing the two.

"Well, if you're new you won't have any clothes. And I don't have a second set of gym clothes, so we'd have to drop by the mall before we could do any sports." She smiles and slips on a pair of jeans with embroidered flowers on them and a yellow baby tee. "Any preference on what you'd like to wear to the mall?"

Harriette continues to try as best as she can to move the pen with her mind, despite the teacher coming closer.

Not surprisingly, neither Nora nor Harriette manage to move their pens. However, Nora can see a few students with wobbly pens floating in front of them, if only briefly. The teacher keeps making her rounds, slowly nearing the two.

"Well, if you're new you won't have any clothes. And I don't have a second set of gym clothes, so we'd have to drop by the mall before we could do any sports." She smiles and slips on a pair of jeans with embroidered flowers on them and a yellow baby tee. "Any preference on what you'd like to wear to the mall?"

"Well how about some pants and a shirt. Nothing too fancy." said Macy as she looked at what the girl herself was wearing.

Ginny's eyes widen as Naru sat herself down on the bench beside her. For a moment she just stared, her mouth open, showing off her little fangs. Her blonde pigtails swept about as she turned to Zoey, only then reaping that Naru probably didn't recognise then, for she was four years younger and now blonde, while Zoey had matured and gone blonde herself. With her tail swishing about, she turns back to Naru and suddenly hugs her!

Zoey's heart seemed to stop when she saw Naru sit next to them, but she kickly shook of the shock. "Ok, don't worry. She's still oblivious. That's good. Just... play it safe" she thought. Zoey turned to Naru. "Uh... Did you check if it had a section in the middle with the yellow pages?" she suggested, before she saw Ginny hug Naru. Zoey cringed as her eyes widen. "Shit! What is she doing?!" Zoey thought as she tried to pry Ginny off. "Oh, Im sorry" she apologiez with a big sweatdrop.

Naru tosses the paper aside just before the hug. "Yellow pages? In a newspaper?" Her attention was immediately drawn to the little girl clutching her, one who looked somewhat familiar. "It's...okay." She smiles politely and pats Ginny on the head. She looks across the bench to pass her smile to the little girl's mother, but seeing her gives her another dose of deja vu. "Do I know you from somewhere?"

Harriette's pen may as well be a lead weight for how much she moves it. With all her concentration, she may miss the teacher slide up to her desk with a little shake of her head. "You must be new. I don't recognize you from last week."

"All right, let's see..." The girl rifles through her things and produces a pair of khaki capris and a loose white T-shirt. "My jeans would come up a little short on you anyways, so these should work."

"So give me something that is shorter," said Macy as she slip on the jeans and t-shirt. She then run her hands though her hair and looked at the girl, "How do I look?"

The girl nods in approval. "Capris are supposed to be short, they show off your calves. And...ugh, yours look better than mine..." She pouts, looking down at Macy's legs. "You look pretty cute though." She hops over to the small desk in her room and tosses a brush to Macy before grabbing one for herself and running it through her hair. "You've got bed-head something fierce, though."

Nora, seeing that Harriette is being talked to, reconcentrates her efforts to one thing: Trying to appear as small and unnoticeable as possible, so she doesn't get talked too either.

Charlotte manages to bump into yet another person, this time being an older, if kind looking man. "Oh, pardon me." He cocks his head at her. "Say, you're new here, aren't you?"

Clearly, poor Charlotte is was having issues with her new form, what with all this bumping about. That or she's just distracted, which is equally as plausible. Either way, she jumps back, looking up at the man.

"Uh? Oh--Yes. Sorry about that..."

The baseball girl soon has her own locks tamed and offers Macy her hand. "I don't think I told you. It's Becca. And yours is Macy, right?"

The teacher shakes her head. While she does this, a textbook flies from behind the desk and lands squarely on Harriette's desk. It opens itself and stops at a chapter detailing all sorts of things about Telekinesis. It all looks like gibberish. The same thing occurs on Nora's desk, only the book slaps down loudly before flipping to the same page. "I suggest you do some reading before either of you pop a vein." She walks off and stalks other students in varying degrees of success.

The man squints a bit, looking at Charlotte for a moment. He gives her a kind smile and leans closer to whisper to her in a conspiratorial manner. "If you'd like some help adjusting to your new status in life, I can help with that. I'm not a guidance counselor for nothing." He winks and stands upright. "If you'd like to have a friendly chat, I can excuse you from your next class..."

Naru smiles. "Well, isn't that a coincidence? So did I!" She offers the woman her hand. "I'm Naru Narusegawa. And you are?"
