Hey. Where's the "writer" position? Lots of bands need lyrics! Though, with what's available, I suppose I'd try for the drums. The others are too complicated for my meager brain, and vocals is out because I'm too shy.

Without a doubt, singer! I play violin, although I prefer singing. I do like using violins to play non-violin music though.

Keyboard. I'm a terrible singer with anything outside mid-range, and the keyboard/piano is the only instrument (outside of a recorder, but that was a decade and a half ago) that I ever received any lessons for.

That's kind of just sampling a fairly normal violin piece though. I like playing music on a violin that was written for a guitar.

I've never tried to be in a band, but, since I've never sang solo (in front of a crowd), I'm not sure just how good my voice is. I've been told I have the fingers to play a piano, but, I never got any lessons for it, as I wasn't interested in it. I also have a cousin, who's going in and out of bands (unfortunately), who is a really good drummer, the bands dissolving having nothing to do with him, really. If I went into a band, I might want to learn guitar, possibly, but I might have to get a special one for me, since I'm a lefty. XD

after having taken piano for several years I'd say I would probably work with a keyboard best.
