[SRP] An Empty School

"It's so strange... it's almost as if I haven't listened to any music before. I can't think of what any of it sounds like!" now looks very worried

"Awww~ That's terrible! I can't imagine a life without song..." Danica says with pity in her voice. She hugs Cherie to try to calm her. She blushes a bit before letting go. "Uhhmm...^^;;" She reaches into her schoolbag that she conveniently left at the bleachers and pulls out her mp3-player. "We can listen to my music until the gym teacher gets here." Danica puts one earbud in her left ear, and the other in Cherie's right and presses 'play'. Cherrie finds herself listening to Kryptonite. "This one's pretty good, somewhat of classic."

"Oh! This... this is very good! I don't think this is quite what I listened to but it's quite nice."

Despite all attempts against it, Roxi drifts off into a dreaming wonderland as the teacher lectures on and on about mirochondria.

Her dreams are new, filled with a glow that she doesn't quite recall, but feels familiar.

"Glad you like it," Danica giggles at Cherie. "I have more songs by that band if you want to listen to them. ^^ "

"Oh, that would be great ^^!" giggles, "So, what kind of clubs are there?"

Danica thinks for a bit, "Well...there's Drama club, the computer club, I think there's a science club...I don't know any others though." She says, finding it odd that she can't remember all the clubs the school has.

"...anything like a gardening club? Some kind of nature group?" sounds hopeful

"Yeah, I believe so." Danica says, forcing a grin. She was still uncertain what kinds of clubs the school had.

"I've always been bad with guessing people's age, what grade are you in?" blushing

The girls remember that there is an environmental club.

"You know I suck at sports." Katie writes.

"Oh, I'm in my junior year. Are you a freshman?" Danica asks.

nods, "Yes, it's a little intimidating. Also, I haven't seen any boys. Oh! I remember hearing about an environmental club."

"Don't worry, I'll protect you from the seniors." Danica giggles. Her memory is jogged somewhat at the mention of an environmental club. "Oh riight~ Now I remember, I heard about it too."
