"I wasss never human, mearly a sssnake. I'm not secluded to this spring, it's merely were I live, as the other bodies of water in the valley are either unhealthy or filled with other creatures of greater strength. It would appear that we have some new company." looks over at the human that just arrived.

"So this spring is safe? That's good." Says a relieved faerie. She looks behind her at the mention of company. With a tiny flap of her wings, she waves at the rather tall human boy. "H-hi...who are you?" Davina blushes as she moves a few locks of blue hair away from her face.

James nods. "Yeah, might as well." He says while helping Lucy carry the other woman there.

As James and Lucy approach the building, the bog startsto exude darkness, tendrils of night start to crawl their way up the hill, distant ghostly howls can be heard, seemingly from the air itself. The building, by contrast seems to grow brighter.

*Lucy shivers.* Is it just me, or is getting really creepy out here?

Jason just blinks as he stares at the two and slowly gets up to his feet, eyes locked onto the two. "Um...the name's Jason..."

That's how it looks. Makes about as much sense as me being a dragon. He shrugged his wings as a gesture of uncertainty. To be honest, I'm not sure what on earth is going on here. I woke up this morning lying against a tree, very human, and now I'm a giant flying lizard. Rough morning, eh?

She starts calming down a bit. "So... you were human too?" That means less chance of her getting munched. She looks at herself again. "I cant believe I'm dead... and... a little girl. At least you ended up a big powerful dragon." She feels rather gypped at her current situation, white blob pets or no.

Jason just blinks as he stares at the two and slowly gets up to his feet, eyes locked onto the two. "Um...the name's Jason..."

"Hey Jason~." The fae chirps. "I'm Davina, and this sea serpent over here is named Serveah." She motions over to the serpent in the spring. "Welcome to this weird valley. Located who only knows where. Would you like a drink of water? Don't worry, we won't bite. ^^ "

James looks down at the darkness of the bog and to the now brighter seeming building. "Oh it's getting creepy, let's get inside quickly." He redoubles his efforts to get them to reach the building before the dark tendrils catch up to them.

[Blindsense]

Yeah, I was human. I like to believe that I still am, and this is all just one hopped-up dream. But the longer this lasts and the weirder this gets, the less of a possibility that is becoming. The dragon came to rest on its belly, its body coiling into itself as dragons tend to do (surprisingly, it was quite the comfortable position). But you're right - it could be worse, I suppose. At least I got to maintain my gender, unlike everyone else I've met here. Not that I can imagine being a girl is more of a drastic change than being a giant fire-breathing lizard, but hey - I'm not complaining.

As James and Lucy continue their way up to the building that promesses safety, James may notice that his load seems to be getting heavier... and his clothes are starting to feel really weird, almost like the back of his shirt is dissappearing, and his pants seem to be gettinglonger.

[Marky]

"Hey Jason~." The fae chirps. "I'm Davina, and this sea serpent over here is named Serveah." She motions over to the serpent in the spring. "Welcome to this weird valley. Located who only knows where. Would you like a drink of water? Don't worry, we won't bite. ^^ "

((D'oh! Sorry about that. I somehow missed your reply until now. >.<))

"Um...I guess I could have a drink. I am kinda thirsty..." Jason says, slowly heading over toward the two, although keeping an eye on Serveah, still not trusting of the sea serpent.

((*tickles Marky in retaliation* ))

Davina sits back down by the spring once Jason was close. The water appears clear and drinkable. "Yeah, I'm kinda thirsty too." The fae giggles as she cups her hands and fills them with water.

[Marky]

((Ack! Nuuuuuuuuuu!!!! I'm ticklish!!!!))

Jason pauses for a moment before sitting down by Davina and noticing how she was about to take a drink. Glancing over to the sea serpent, warily, Jason slowly leans down and cups his hands, before filling them with water, as well.

[Millinescence]

After Jason fills his hands with water, Davina wordlessly glances at him and back to her cupped hands as the two wait for each other to drink it. My, this is pretty awkward, Davina thinks to herself. But it is safe, right? *sigh* Lets just hope I don't regret this... She found herself being the first to drink the water. Which actually tasted like the bottled water she remembered getting at a supermarket. Cool to the tongue, just how the fey liked it. "Hey, this actually tastes pretty good." She smiles at Jason.

Jason smiles back and suddenly drinks the water in his hands, quickly drinking it all up.
