[FFRP] The Empowered Valley

When Ken fires his gun, an explosion of blue energy leeps from the barrel, the recoil almost knocking it from his hand as he wasn't expecting so much kick. The resulting beam punctures the darkness, causing the black mass to recoil, and retreat back to the bog.

Davina will find herself about even with the top of the hut, or about to land on it depending on her location.

The pink mass that used to be human shudders, then starts to pull itself back inside the chest. As soon as it finishes, the girls head rises from the resultig pool in the container. "W-what am I supposed to do? I'm a puddle of goop!'

(*is hoping for another transformation so you have permission to lay another one on James whenever*)

The faerie finds herself about to land on the hut. Davina pushes her feet out and gets ready. A small thud can be heard once she touches down on the roof of the hut. "Thanks Ken! I'm...hah...going inside. Cover me!" She says, still feeling exhausted as she jumps off the roof of the hut. She uses her wings to soften the fall and then opens the door and goes in panting. "Whew~! =o=" She sighs relieved, shutting the door behind her.

Davina will find a woman near a chest, with a pink girl's head sticking out of it. Also there's a young girl wearing, as far as she can tell, just a pair of overalls and pair of glasses.

The girl inside the chest looks very upset, "What am I supposed to do? I-I don't think I can leave the chest." sinks a little further into the chest "I feel so weak, it's hard to move." she looks at Lucy, "Please, help..." she then notices the pink fairy, "Eeep!" the girl reaches up, grabs the truncks lid, and closes it with a slam.

Ken blinks, rubbing his hand. "Geeze... talk about a hand cannon." He sets down outside the building, frowning as the fairy slams the door behind her. "Does she mean she wants me to watch out here or what?" He glances around for any obvious threats.

"I'm Davina, me and my friend Ken is here to save you." Davina says to Lucy as she catches her breath. She points behind her. "He's outside making sure nothing scary makes it in here." She notices the others. "Oh...I see some of you have changed too. I'm still looking for a way to become human myself."

"Yeah, I was a boy when I woke up in the forest, but it's really hard to see myself that way now." Davina explains with a sigh. "My friend Steve turned into a huuge dragon! And...then I shrunk and now I'm too small for him to notice me, so I just left and met Ken later. He turned into a goth guy with wings." The 2ft tall fae grins. "So yeah, are you ready to get out of here?" She turns around and opens the door, shrieking when she sees the shadow demon!

[Ookalf]

Oh, what is it now!? *Lucy follows Davina over to the door and spots the demon.*

... *Lucy stares at the creature for a moment, before hurriedly slamming the door shut.* No, I am not ready to get out of here!

[Millinescence]

"You said it..." Davina says, trembling. "I used up all my mana points battling those dark-tentacle-things surrounding the hut."

Ken blinks as the shadow monster approaches. "Uh... yeah. Sure you cant just leave us be? I'm sure we will be out of your swamp place soon..."

"Nice wings by the way."

The creature mearly narrows its eyes at ken before lifting a clawed hand and making a grabbing mostion. Ken's own shadow leeps from the ground, entangling him in a chilling embrace that seems to suck the life from his very being. Ken starts to hear whispers from all around, and slowly the number of voices grows.

The chest opens a little bit, the slime girl peeking out, "W-what's going on?"

((When will Davina be able to use magic again? When she fully catches her breath or does she have to rest first?))

Not knowing when she's able to help, Davina watches in horror as the shaddow demon envelops Ken! "Nooo! Get away from him! We mean no harm, why must you do this?? Leave him alone!" The faerie tries to plead with the dark creature from the relative safety of the doorway.

At all of these events occuring around her, James suddenly fainted onto the ground.
