Side point Squirrel Girl is A-tier simply because she breaks the 4th wall and beats up cosmic level villains she shouldn't have a right to beat. More of a anomaly then anything else.

Question...would Scarlet Spider be concidered a teir 1 then, or due to the situation and activity level of the spider a level two? I know marvel tends to cocider captain america a teir 1 hero, as well as Hawkeye, black widow and such only due to tge activity levels of the hero not the power.

Name: Lucius Banks AKA Headbanger

Description – He doesn't have a single “uniform”, rather, he dresses like like a fairly typical Metalhead with grungy clothes, black leather (especially jackets), long hair, some piercings and generally an attitude.

Biography – Headbanger has, unsurprisingly, long been a Metalhead. He got into the music back in high school, when he was a fairly pathetic geek with long hair and no social skills. When he discovered the Metal scene, though, he discovered kindred spirits and developed his social skills and personal confidence.
One day, not to long after he graduated high school, Lucius was at a concert of his favorite local band, CrashnBurn, when they were attacked by the low-level supervillain Moral Guardian (one of those extremists who things they're a good guy), who was there to destroy the concert and the “forces of darkness” it represented. Panic broke out as Moral Guardian unleashed “Wholesome Beams” and things started to explode or warp horribly. Lucius stood his ground, though, and grabbed a guitar from the stage and started to play, if only to serve as a distraction; there was no way he would let any fan of his beloved music be hurt.
In doing so, Lucius unlocked his latent powers over music. Though his own skills with the guitar had only proven average so far, that night he blasted out a mighty, epic Power Metal solo of such force that Moral Guardian could do nothing but retreat, sputtering mild oaths.
And thus, Headbanger was born. Today, he fights street level crime with the Power of METAL, and battles the occasional lesser supervillain. His arch-rivalry with Moral Guardian continues unabated; sometimes their fights even include other super allies.

Weapons – He runs around with a big, black and chrome, spiky guitar on his back, so he can whip if off dramatically and blast criminals with the power of METAL! Usually this just scares them off, but sometimes he's so awesome they repent and give up crime.

General Abilities – Rock Out and EPIC METAL! Headbanger can rock out on an sort of instruments meant for rock or metal, though he prefers guitars, and carries one. This doesn't usually do much beyond be intimidating and/or distracting, but he can use it bolster the confidence and competence of his allies.

TF preferences – Little bit of AR, no more than ten years, and TG to a cute or sexy girl. Keep her related to music in some way, perhaps as a performer. (Japanese-style Idol singer, maybe?) Some sort of job where she's on stage/the center of attention, in a girly way.

He's a clone of a Teir 1... so Teir 2 at highest (i think the spider clone saga was honestly bad... still better then the retcon bs they pulled though).

Description – Wears a black exo suit of his own design. It's bullet and stab proof. Similar to batman's except no cap, no ears. His mask is made from the same material. The suit has a built in computer system. Monitering heart rate, eye focus, even X-ray fision and night. It also bost strenght, speed, and reaction time. It feels like a second skin. The suit itself can take quite a beating, it absorbs and distributes blows. Ellis can be thrown into a brick wall, be smacked in the face with a lead pipe, with with no broken bones or brusing of any kind.

Biography – Flannery is the eire to the Flannery empire. Stepford's Bruse Wayne. Although Ellis has attened several of his social parties, he never knew who batman was. Flannery corporation makes and test new sythesetic materials for industrial and military purposes. At the age of 15 Ellis had achieved a batchors degree in sicence and chemistry. Ellis went abroad to further his education. He found his true calling in the form of martial arts. Learning Ken-do and ninjas in Japan, Kung-Fu in china, Taekwondo in Korea, Ju-jitsu in Brazil, taketown techniques in Israel, so on... After 10 years of studying Ellis returned to Stepford city to take over the family business, Ellis's father was retiring and the company needs someone who knows the business inside and out. Ellis hates this city, he felt it was far to corupt. When a series of banks were robbed with the masked gunmen using exo suits aginced the police and of his father desgin it tarnished the family name. The only person who had accses to the R&D department was Ellis's father, so it was a set up to make it look like that he allowed them in to steal the suits and use them. Several people were killed in all incidents. Ellis had enough. Taking the law into his own hands he step out after the crooks. the 5 gunmen tried to rob a bank at night but were found naked inside the vault the next day. The suit were taken back.

Weapons – Carries a variety of throwing knives, whip, katana, and grapeling hook

General Abilities – Highly skilled martial artist. very flexable and inteligent. He is the Mac Guyver of crime fighting. He can think his way out of almost anything..

TF preferences – TG, maybe a little change in poersonality. Ellis becomes a expert thief.

Flannery - err... if he's the batman of this world he's definitely not tier 3... specially if he has robot exo-suits to go with genius intellect and wealth.


General statement people do realize that most tier 3 heroes in comics are usually failure or fodder heroes that never quite make it, they never have there own series (if they do there tier 2 heroes already at the least). Mystery Men ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mystery_Men ) are what you would normally consider tier 3 heroes, they would normally have problems handling armed bank robbers solo and if they are skilled/powerful usually appear in a series only to get gibbed by even more powerful villains. Do they have to be that weak NO but there general threat level needs to be negligible. I can excuse the new hero bit for tier 3 a little but there are limits. Generally they are the cameo heroes that you don't remember ever appearing in a comic book until someone reminds you or you look it up.
There are exceptions to everything obviously but come on.

As Sparker, she's filled with righteousness and may be a little hot-headed. She's slightly (not overly) prone to rash decisions and being ruled by her impulses.

Biography – Sandra was struck by lightning at the age of 17. She was looking for her friend in a thunderstorm, and she had been standing on a bridge. She'd been rushed to the hospital, where she made a slow and normal recovery. It wasn't until an exam after a particularly noisy party a year later that she first manifested her powers. Since then, she has been getting a charge out of unplugging crime. All that on top of her double-major and still having time to help her nebulous web of friends!
Weapons – Only her innate powers.
General Abilities – Sparker has innate electrical manipulation powers. She can manipulate energy and electricity to a lethal degree. It's actually manipulating air charge capacitance, but she doesn't know or care about the details. She's able to use this to propel herself using electromagnetism, and can straight-up shock her foes.
TF preferences - my list of don't is a lot shorter than my do. I'd rather not AR past 17, and not TG.

Yeah, I liked the concept and character of the clone Spider, but the storyline got bad bad bad...I think Ralph Machio (AKA the Karate Kid) hit his first burnout during that storyline, or was that when he came on board

I can do that instead if you want, I guess before the plane hit, I probably would have decided to investigate the fighting instead of just herding people away from it. I can see setup for something going on here though, and if you want, I'll redo my post to stay here.

That, or something could motivate me to come back to the impact site, catching sight of something or maybe hearing something that would make the impact site more important than the earlier mention of a battle?
