"The stick is a magic stick! And I, Roy, adventurer extreme, am not afraid of anything! I, Roy, adventurer extreme, am just being cautious. Wouldn't you, Lance, sidekick extreme, be so if I was pointing a gun at you?"

[Blindsense]

"Oh, be quiet. It's just a stick," Lance replies, clearly miffed. Roy, however, wouldn't be so sure, as the bizarre tingling persists...

[Shy Shay]

"It is not just a stick! That stick is causing I, Roy, adventurer extreme, to feel weird! That is a magic stick that is so powerfull that it is affecting even I, Roy, adventurer extreme!"

( I bet. It's certainly annoying to read. xD )

Lance pulls the man closer to him by the shoulder, looking him square in the eye as he whispers: "It's Just. A. Stick." To emphasize the point, he thwacks himself over the head with the thing. It stings quite a bit and leaves a noticeable tingle - a tingle that Lance simply discounts to the fact that he whacked himself over the head with a stick.

[Shy Shay]

"It is NOT just a stick! It is a stick of power! Did I not tell you this eairlier?!?!"
Roy is so paniced, he forgot to add 'Roy, adventurer extreme,' after his I.

[Blindsense]

"Well perhaps you were wrong," Lance laughs, poking Roy with the stick again. Roy would notice, however, that Lance's hair is beginning to lengthen... He would also feel the tingling sensation spreading throughout his body, though there were no visual changes yet.

[Shy Shay]

"Well, perhaps I wasn't! Look at your hair, man!"

[Blindsense]

"Well, perhaps I wasn't! Look at your hair, man!"

Lance grabs a lock of his hair. However, most of the growth is back on his scalp and behind his field of vision, so he doesn't notice the change yet. "I think you're seeing things, man..."

Lance, however, is beginning to "see things" of his own. Mainly, the fact that Roy seems to be shrinking... The world around Roy and himself seems to be getting a bit larger as they both lose a few inches. "...Okay, maybe something weird is going on, after all."

[Shy Shay]

"Of course something wied is going on! How else do you think I got the title of adventurer extreme if not about being able to detect this kind of stuff?!"

[Blindsense]

Lance doesn't reply, but the changes in the two continue. Both guys' hair has begun to literally shoot from their scalp - it was now at their shoulders and still sprouting. Their bodies were thinning and becoming more frail... Each would notice that the other's eyes had turned a vibrant, vivid green. "Okay, Adventurer Extreme, what do we do?" Lance asks, his voice seeming to grow higher as he speaks.

"How should I know! Why don't you try breaking the stupid stick!" Roy was getting Lance to break it, becous he didn't know if the magical energy would explode or not. Normally, he wouldn't do that to his sidekick, but Roy was fairly annoyed right now.

[Blindsense]

Lance simply nods and breaks the stick without a second thought. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) nothing happens. The two boys' hair begins to turn the same shade of green as the eyes, as they each begin to develop slight (but noticeable) curves. "Well, crap," Lance mutters, clearly miffed.

[Shy Shay]

"Yes. Crap. Crap that is all your falt, if you remember."

[Blindsense]

"Yes. Crap. Crap that is all your falt, if you remember."

Lance doesn't speak up, as a sudden warm feeling flows through the two boys' heads. Their hair was almost entirely green now and had grown down to their ripening rear ends. Their curves were becoming far more pronounced as all of the excess hair receeded back into their bodies, leaving the two with silky-smooth skin. Their faces began to change as well - their lips plumpened and formed into virtual pouts, their cheekbones heightened, and their noses shrank to absurdly cute proportions.

"Oh, calm down," Lance mutters, his voice now a soft, lilting soprano. "It could've been worse. We're not dead yet, after all.

Besides..." He takes a deep breath before continuing, "WHAT ARE THE FREAKIN' ODDS THAT OF ALL THE STICKS IN THIS FREAKING PLACE WE PICK UP ONE THAT IS MAGICAL?!"

[Shy Shay]

"What are the odds...? WHAT ARE THE ODDS?!?!?! In case you didn't notice, and in case you didn't think it though, and IN CASE you are an IDIOT, there were over FIFTY sticks on the ground! Did you not even THINK about why I picked up JUST THAT stick?! You don't become an adventurer by being an IDIOT! Of course, I guess that you wouldn't know, seeing as you could never become one..."
