The Dragon seems to get the hit as first his clothing is burned away then all the hair on his body...new hair grows uptop his head long, silky purple, I'd say he loses his muscles but he never had that so really we see an expansion here in both height pulling him up to just under 8 feet and some muscles though not enough to change his body type..
