Rosetta's Custom Apparel, The Reopening

"Well young lady." Rosetta said with a smile. "What do you have in mind?"

"Uuuuuuuum...hm~." Sam pauses for a moment, putting her finger to her mouth in a thinking pose, trying to think.

"Sounds like life. I went on a sabbatical. Defeated some dark wizards. Made some money...now I'm back here to try this clothing thing with this incredible fabric I found in...Egypt, I think?" She explained. "Anyway, it's pretty amazing stuff."

"Were they the competent or over-dramatic kind of dark wizards?" Konoko asked curiously. "And a new fabric? Could I have a look-see?"

There are two sections. One has a large group of outfits, while the other has various cuts of wonder fabric...

*Chloe wanders over to the different cuts of wonder fabric...

Lucy seems to be sketching a kimono. It's orange with yellow autumn leaves at the hem and sleeve edges. A brown sash holds it together.

"hmm..." Rosetta mumbled examining the drawing.

"Okay, when you're finished, go find a piece of wonder fabric and place it on it."

"Sounds like life. I went on a sabbatical. Defeated some dark wizards. Made some money...now I'm back here to try this clothing thing with this incredible fabric I found in...Egypt, I think?" She explained. "Anyway, it's pretty amazing stuff."

"Were they the competent or over-dramatic kind of dark wizards?" Konoko asked curiously. "And a new fabric? Could I have a look-see?"

"Little bit of both." She added with a shrug.

She pointed to some large swaths of the fabric kept in large spools wrapped around cardboard. The fabric had a slight glow to it.

"It's right over there. But be careful with it..."

"You know what." She said. "Let's just set you up with something random."

She pointed to a piece of wonder fabric with a crude drawing on it.

"Grab that and head to the changing room."

Konoko gives a small nod as she moves on over to the glowing fabric and takes a look at it. "Wow... it even has a glow to it?" She reached out and poked it to give it a feel.

Lucy adds the final touches and places the drawing onto a roll of Wonder Fabric.

Rosetta saw the girl handle the fabric, and in an unenthusiastic voice, said. "Stop. Don't. Come back."

Lucy adds the final touches and places the drawing onto a roll of Wonder Fabric.

The fabric immediately jumped from the roll and began to wrap itself around here.

"Just relax." Rosetta said. "Let it take its course."

"What?" she asks as she starts to head back towards Rosetta carrying the piece with her...

"Eeeep! Hey!" Lucy yells as she squirms.

Konoko came to a halt, her finger pressing directly against the cloth. "... you know, you COULD have warned me about that at first." She said, staring at Rosetta with a half-lidded expression. She proceeds to pull her hand back.

"It looks like you avoided it in time." She said. "The fabric takes a design and turns it into reality. If you place a design on it, it changes into the design. If you don't, and you just grab it....well, I'll let you watch."

She looked over toward Claire and her predicament.

"What?" she asks as she starts to head back towards Rosetta carrying the piece with her...

As she does, the piece grows and begins to cover her body. In a few moments, she finds herself totally encased in the cloth.

"You see.' Rosetta said, turning back to Konoko, "If the subject hasn't picked a design, like Claire here, the fabric latches onto to her. It will extract the first image her brain comes up with and form into that. To do that, though, it has to become one with the host, which has the unfortunate side-effect that you're about to observe."

"Eeeep! Hey!" Lucy yells as she squirms.

Lucy would find that she was growing. Her legs lengthened as she gains an attractive, skinny figure. Her complexion becomes very light...almost porceline in appearance. Her hair grows and grows, spreading down to her mid thigh before doing itself up slightly as a bow appears in her hair.

Then, the fabric started to shift into a kimono. It was orange, with a brownish sash. Its sleeves were colored yellow. She noticed that as she moved, the image of autumn leaves would briefly follow her. Her outfit was complete.

Lucy blinks and looks down at herself.

"Hmmm... not bad~"

"It looks like you avoided it in time." She said. "The fabric takes a design and turns it into reality. If you place a design on it, it changes into the design. If you don't, and you just grab it....well, I'll let you watch."
