TPR Chapther 3B, No one Expects the Sexual Inquisition

Previously the cliched lone assassin now some what less cliched sexy Gargoyle Grunwalde went off on her own trying to track down her contacts hidden away in a small tax office.

[Evra]

Neir seeing the gargoyl once assassin begin walking away she runs over to her "err do you mind if i tag along ? i trust assassins more than most others since i relate more to them"

[Knight Errant]

Grunwalde pauses, looking back mid flight. She lands, claws on her hips. "Who are you... who were you... and are you going to do anything... stupid?"

[Evra]

Neir looks at the gargoyle as she asks the questions "im neir ... i was neir except male and alot .. stealthier .. and no i wont all i ask is for information if you do find any and maby some supplies to make some better armor that these ... clothes"

((will move forward after dact decides what's going on here)

"Good enough... follow me to Liore."

She turns and continues on her way!

*the place seems normal, and upon entering the attendant raises an eyebrow at the nearly nude women*

Grunwalde heads through the office, not even bothering to glance at the attendant. She walks down a hallway, through a couple doors and down a flight of steps to a door marked with a sign reading 'Expired tax document storage.'

And raps on it quickly with a series of complicated knocks.

Neir had followed the gargoyle silently not speaking

*the door opens, there's no one there to greet the group though there rarely is, Grunwalde knows her way to the main part of the operation the central chambers and she makes it there quick enough.. though if the others had not been guided its likely they would be lost in a maze of tunnels.

a single woman sits on a chair alone as the three enter, "It seems our prodigal sister has returned"she says with a giggle."And she brought friends"

"you are probably asking yourself alot of questions right now Grunewalde, like how i know its you.. who I am where everyone else is.. well we are so busy now with our new direction For the price of our masculinity.. something I doubt we will be seeing much in the coming weeks we have been granted power, immortality.. which I am sure you are quite aware of...in exchange we shall be her Inquisition....

If you so choose.. of course...there are other options.. being a bimbo maid somewhere.. being a golden statue... so many options.. though"

Grunwalde's eyes widen slightly as she hears this woman speak... a rare look of shock on her face.

Finally she finds her voice. "How did this happen... how did she find out about the Underground... she is a pampered princess!"

The network of assassins was supposed to be one of the best kept secrets in the kingdom... the thought that some spoiled brat was planning to use it as her plaything was... infuriating.

Grunwalde's eyes widen slightly as she hears this woman speak... a rare look of shock on her face.

Finally she finds her voice. "How did this happen... how did she find out about the Underground... she is a pampered princess!"

Neir stands there behind the gargoyle looking around while listening to there conversation looking down at her body wanting to get out of this ... "armor" and into something a little more her style

Lora, the dragon-girl who still considers herself a bard, if an unusual one, finally comes to land near Liore. She walks into town, paying no mind to any stares there may be, and makes a beeline for the inn.
Any bard worth his salt who has been to a town even once knows where to find its inns and taverns, after all.

Grunwalde humphs. "I'm not exactly comfortable with my current situation..."

After a pause. "But I value my intelligence higher than my pride. And i would not want to be a statue again... that's how I started out."

"So... very well. I will accept what you have to offer..."

Its not like she couldn't double cross them later... after all assassins were experts in backstabbing.
