Hitomi replies to Khan as she makes her way through the wooded area. She slowing down only to check to see if Rihox is following. She seeing her with the others and decides the keep moving. "Hey. Uhh? Cat person, want to have some fun though?" Seems she has some kind of plan.

Unfornately for them this isn't the same squad they helped before so they might not know that they are the good guys and as Hitomi said to Khan they would try to find out who the girls are and how they managed to defeat the monster thing. And who knows what means they'd use to find out those answers, they might even torture them to figure out their powers. They do however find the woods that Hitomi and Khan went through offers much cover and would be hard for most humans to follow after them. They could take another path if they desired to through some houses on the other side of area where they were fighting or on the streets. But the streets would most likely be crawling with the military.
Of course they won't be recognized if they do de-transform as long as no one sees them do it. Much like how Rihox was most likely the only one to know Hitomi was Hitomi at first and why no one has figured out who Rina is. It most likely is the avatars protecting their identities for them.
