Need Help Identifying the Series

Alright, so I recently forgot the name to an anime series that I saw back in 2008 or so. The episodes were three minutes long or so, and the series was about a family who move into a new home, which turns out to be a home that exists in a large tree, along with other houses as well. There's also a little creature that hatches out of an acorn or nut.
