Make a TF foundation: The last /wo/man on earth.

It's a good thing she checked. Kyle is, apparently, singing in the shower. Who knows what he would of done is she just barged in...

Samuel walks by, and blushes. "Ah... hi, Beatrice. You l-look nice today."

[muffinstud]

Bea blinks at Sam. "Really?" She scratches her butt through her wrinkled clothes. Her hair isn't long enough to have nasty tangles, but she has a good case of bed head. "Because I think I look like crap."

[Shy Shay]

Sam blinks. "Really? I-I didn't notice... You just look nice to me."

Awwww, blinding adoration. Who can say no to that?

[muffinstud]

"Sam," she sighs. "You just think that because I'm female. I could be butt ugly, but since I'm the first real live woman you've seen in years, you'd have beer goggles on." She pats his shoulder. "I know you're trying to be nice, and I appreciate that." She gives him a smile. "But I need some time. Okay?"

[Shy Shay]

Sam looks sad and confused. "You... you don't want me to compliment you? Was it not enough?" He appears to genuanly misunderstand.

Bea groans. "It... was enough. I'm flattered you think of me like that. I just... I don't know how I want to respond." She shakes her head and looks into the bathroom again. "Besides, I'm kind of grumpy right now, and I really need to pee. Now isn't really a good time to butter me up."

[Shy Shay]

"Ah... okay. Sorry." Sam quickly scurries off, as the door opens... with a naked Kyle in there, steam stragically covering up key places. Apparently somebody forgot that there is now a girl living with them.

Bea snorts and walks into the bathroom. "Out." She pushes Kyle in all his naked glory towards the door. "Now." Her tone is flat, but one that means business.

[Shy Shay]

Kyle, wisely, doesn't say a thing as he scrambles out. Bea would hear a comotion comeing from outside as Samuel faces Kyle in anger. He must really care about her if he keeps getting angry like that.

The bathroom is tiled with white tiles, and looks rather neat. The steam in the air gives it a homey feel, and the various shampoos and such are actually not empty. Somebody must have found spares the last time they went out, and somebody also must have found a brush. For that, to, is on the counter.

It would occure to Bea that brushing the hair right after showering is the best way to go for minimal pain and best results, from the reading of last night.

Bea shuts the door and locks it before relieving herself. A little more relaxed, if put off by the little differences, she strips down and takes a hot shower. She tries to be as businesslike as possible, and uses the shampoo twice just to make sure she got all of her hair.

Once done, she dries herself off with a towel and dries her hair with another. She gulps before wrapping the towel around her chest instead of her waist, then heads to the mirror to start brushing.

The image in the mirror is rather... stricking. It's easy to understand how Samuel fell heads over heels for her. Her long hair, her creamy white skin, lovely eyes... and yet, for some reason, the image doesn't excite her. It's just an image. That's all. Not a hot girl, not a cute girl, not even an ugly girl. Just... a girl. Her hair is also really easy to brush. It even creates a kind of pleasant tingling feeling, the kind thatis created after brushing your hair every day fathfully for years.

Bea had figured her hair would be easy with how relatively short it is. She didn't expect the feeling it gives her though. She finds herself smiling brightly in the mirror until she catches herself. It isn't so much the feeling of the brush, but how she sees herself. She knows she's attractive, and she should be turned on by seeing so much naked female flesh. To her it's just flesh though, no sensations from looking at it except her own resentment for having it in the first place.

She tries to concentrate on brushing and the feeling it gives her. Beatrice finally sets the brush down when she has an unkempt look that bounces and stays with her as she shakes her head.

It frames her head beutifully. It's sure to turn some heads from the male gender.

...wait. Where did that come from? Anyway, she should get dressed. Unless, of course, she forgets like Kyle.

Bea sighs as she realizes her hair is going to get noticed. "Well, not much I could do to lay low, now is there?" She gets herself dressed in the only clothes that fit her, which are also the clothes she wore the day before. She makes a little sick face as she puts on the same underwear. "Gotta get some different clothes." She opens the door and steps out of the bathroom.

Nobody is in the hallway, though there is a wet streak leading to Kyle's room. Aparently he was smart enough to run away before Bea came out again. However, there is the normal hustle and bustle thought the base, and the normal loud exchange between Kyle and Cain that happens every morning. The hotshot and the leader, duking it out. Just like normal.

"Kyle, I told you! You're good, but you are not leader material!"

"Oh yeah? I took out ten zombies for every one you did! I think that sounds like leader material to me!"

"It's more then that! You must be-"

"In control, I know, I know! You tell me the same thing every day, Cain!"

"Becouse you never listen!"
