Make a TF Foundation: To Be Maid Humble

As they head down, eventually they reaach a landing and turn around, heading to the basement. "And I think you shouldn't. You could ask Mater if you really wanted to." She giggles as they reach the bottom of the stairs. "And for right now, Maid-in-training, the title of Maid is the best you can go for. Best to just deal with that. It will make the whole process easier." She giggles. "I know it helped me."

"I will!" said Amaya frimly as she made a mental note to ask him once she sees him again. She huffed a little as they made the bottom of the stairs and looked around. Amaya then added, "Just because you lost sight of who you were doesn't mean I have to. So tell me what is down here."

"Well," She points to the left and right, "Those are lined with bedrooms, except for the last door on the right. That's a closet." She hmphs. "I didn't lose who I am, Maid-in-training. I just decided that this was a better life for me." She then starts walking forward down the hallway. "This is were we, the maids and maids-in-training, spend most of our free time."

Abigail nods. "Yep. It's nice in here, and we have great lodgings. Not nearly as good as the Masters, of course, but still nice." She smiles. "The Master is so nice to us."

"Anyway, to the left is a big beed room, and to the right, oposite the bedrooms, are bathrooms." She indicates the first right turn. She then goes on.

"The bathrooms," asked Amaya as she looked in that direction and shiver knowing that room meant she would have to see something she may not want to see. Though personally Amaya feels offended that the maids have to live all the way in the bottom. Clearly she deserve better. She then looked at the left and asked, "So tell me the difference between the big bedroom and the other bedrooms?"

"The big bedroom is bigger." Abigail speaks in a tone that defies continuing the topic. "Anway, the door on the left is a bedroom. To the right hallway, all the doors lead to bedrooms."

"So I guess I am going to be living here along with the rest of you maids," said Amaya as she guess from Abigail's tone that the discussion on the big bedroom was closed. "So which one is my room."

"I am unsure. That is up to Master to decide." She points to the last door on the right. "That is the secondary kitchen and our dinning room." She then points to the left. "To the left is a bedroom and, if you go straight, the servants lounge. That's were we will relaxe." She then turns and smiles. "Any questions about the basement?"

"I see," said Amaya as she looked around and notice that they aren't even able to cook in the kitchen above. She frown a little and then said, "Why do we live in the basement? I am sure it is nice and all but why such in a place that nobody sees?"

Abigail blinks. "Well, the ground floor is the Master's floor and the top floor is the guest room, and other admenities. Anything else?"

"So we get stuck in the basement. The place where people put things that they don't want in the main part of the house," said Amaya as she looks at Abigail.

"Not true. There is nothing that is in the house that Master doesn't want in the house. We are honored that Master has givin us an entire floor. He could have givin us a little shack outside and we wouldn't have complained, but he has givin us a whole floor to ourselves." She frowns. "Master is a kind and loving Master. Don't you dare insult him."
